Now the interesting thing to know would be if DOGE complied with the WARN Act and/or Federal Civil Service Laws as they pertain to RIFs
Did they provide proper notification?
Did they evaluate employees for transfer to other vacancies?
Did they use seniority as a factor?
Etc.
Or did they just send emails out at 0500AM telling people "Surprise, your fired!!!".
