Ryder Cup 2025

Here's the guy who seems to always play well for the bad guys.

Friday Ryder Cup golf all day long is a treat. Starting at 6:10 CDT, it gets going early. It’s great theater for sports.

I see the fat orange clown isn’t showing up until later on Friday, so hopefully his unwanted interference will be at a minimum. Of course, he’ll try to be star of the show. Hope they don’t interview him. He’ll probably go into one of his idiotic diatribes, making bulletin board material for the Euros over the weekend.
 
Perhaps world #1 Scottie Scheffler aka Gomer Pyle, ought to take a look at his Ryder Cup preparation. The entire USA squad, with the noted exception of Cameron Young, who has played outstandingly, never showed up.

Before this week, I was totally against Keegan Bradley playing as a captain, and I thought he made the right decision. But boy they sure could have used his fire on the course as a player. These guys look dead, and the Euros are playing at their collective peak.

It’s two long years until they go over to Ireland. Maybe the embarrassment of getting whipped on Long Island will have an effect on them, but somehow I don’t think it will.
