JEB! isn't dead because he has life support in the form of money. He has nothing else going for him other than money.

Rubio isnt dead, we havent got to the meat of this thing yet. Florida will be the test, if rubio beats jeb for florida, i think jeb bows out. Vice versa.

Bush won't be dead until the GOP Elite quit giving him money...which may be any day now.

Rubio took a hit from Christie, but bounced back...thanks to the GOP Elite.

The GOP Elite have seen the writing on the wall and have switched from Bush to Rubio.

However, Trump is still there with a sizable portion of Republican populist support and could send the GOP Elite desires crashing and burning.

Trump would get beaten like a rented mule by any of the top three challengers head-to-head.

The problem is, those three are splitting the 70 percent that don't like Trump.

If this can get whittled to three candidates by Monday, Trump will start to disintegrate.

"If" doesn't mean "will".

In my opinion, Carson will most likely drop out after this Saturday...Kasich might drop out. The rest will hang in their...probably till Super Tuesday. After that, it'll be down to two candidates...with a slim possibility of three candidates. My prediction it'll be Trump, Rubio...and maybe Cruz...though I wouldn't put it past Bush, with GOP Elite help, to shove Rubio to the curb.

Beyond that, I make no predictions. There are just too many unknowns.

If you look at Quinnipiac today, they have Bernie beating all the Republicans, and Hillary beating none of them except narrowly against Trump.

In other words....nobody knows crap about nothin'.

Anyone who believes Bernie will be the Democratic nominee...and answers polls based on that belief...doesn't understand the reality of the Democratic Elite and such polls are pretty much meaningless.

To put it succinctly, making suppositions about which Democrat would beat which Republican...or vice versa...at this point when we don't even know who the particular Party nominees are is nothing more than a spinning waste of time.

Perhaps, but I think Rubio would beat Hillary by 15+ points.

Rename the thread Rubio's revival"

It looks like it is a 3-man race with Trump, Rubio, and Cruz.

Is this Rubio's time to shine? Will the majority of Jeb Bush supporters and donors flock towards Marco now?

A few things:

- Marco seems to have passed Cruz now. Although not really a big deal in terms of delegates, beating Cruz in South Carolina was pretty symbolic.

- Marco is viewed less combative than Cruz and more electable. Marco is definitely more "mainstream"

- He's getting big endorsements, not as many negatives as compared with Trump and Cruz...... seems to me he could make a move.

If Rubio becomes the Republican nominee, I don't see him as being all that electable. Let's put it this way...Rubio will need every Republican vote and a whole lot of Independent votes to beat the Democratic nominee. Can he realistically expect to get them? Will he get the 30-40% that would have gone to Trump? I'm not so sure. I think those Trump supporters are more likely to scatter to the winds than vote for Rubio.

He just received key endorsements from:

Mitt Romney
Tim Pawlenty
Thom Tilllis

Welcome to the establishment Marco.
