New England Patriots QB Tom Brady says it's been 'a challenging year'

Too many times you see athletes be anti-family. Tom Brady is a great role model and ambassador to the game.

Rooting for Brady against the Falcons. I 100% with Tom Brady Sr. I'm not sure how Roger Goodell can sleep at night. Someone of strong moral principle and ethics should be the commissioner of football. Roger Goodell is the anthesis of a great man.

 
Reportedly someone noticed a Make America Great Again cap in brady's locker so now he's is persona non grata in lib la la land

That must be difficult for Boston Patriots fans who are also very liberal

There was plenty of evidence against Brady, Brady destroyed his phone as part of a cover up and then was going to let all the blame fall on the ball boy. Not to mention that it's not even Goodell that decides the suspensions.

I've nearly given up. The hysteria is almost overwhelming. All we need is a total solar eclipse over north America for the nuts to go over the edge. I'm pretty sure Trump has one in the works.

Who cares about Brady and this year's Super Bowl, or how Beyoncé feels about her pregnancy - that news is meaningless now that the groundhog from Gobbler's Knob has seen his shadow which means six more weeks of winter! Why can't the MSM concentrate on the important stuff for a change? :lamo
 

I agree completely. Getting factual news is a challenge I've decided to avoid. I'm just making my own stuff up now to suit my fancy, and I believe Groundhog Day is far more important than misreports of non-events.

i thought he destroyed that phone so that no erotic photos of his wife could be seen by another
where is the evidence that brady destroyed the phone to facilitate a cover-up

Yeah it's completely normal to destroy your phone and get a new one the day before you meet with NFL. Note that the NFL didn't want the phone they agreed that Brady's agent could look through the texts and turn over the content of the relevant ones.

As much as Tom Brady's suspension has anything to do with Goodell being "anti-family", which btw Goodell has a wife and two kids

How would Brady's agent see photos of Brady's wife if he was only looking at a text message thread from Brady and the ball boy?

If Brady wins this Superbowl,, I think he deserve's the "best Quarterback ever" award.. Cheating aside,, He has maintained his skill level through all of these years, He never gave up on the Patriots, And they never gave up on him, Unlike the 49's on Joe Montana ( who by the way gets number 2 tied with Bradshaw)

A person is only the best until somebody better comes along. Brady is pretty good, and if you rate him based on winning he's probably the best so far. I look more toward team performance and consistency as an evaluator, and less toward individual performance. But Brady is certainly an outstanding quarterback playing on a perennially good team. I'm not a big Patriots fan, but there is no doubting their superior performance. I was disappointed in the Steelers showing in the AFC championship game. They did not perform to the standard I've come to expect from them, and it wasn't a competitive game as a result. I hope for a better game on Sunday. Atlanta has played better than Pittsburgh did this year, so it should be a good game on a neutral field.
