It's getting to the point a backlash is growing even with some Republicans, and the latest bill was withfrawn.

Apparently they already passed a bill that if you support a boycott of the Rogue State, and another country called for the boycott, it's a felony with up to 20 years in prison.

Now, they wanted to EXPAND that to if any international body supported the boycott, like a UN group or human rights group. That bill has not passed.

There's a lot of good commentary from Glenn Greenwald on the issue in this video. He mentions that many pundits and members of Congress are 'trying to do more' for the rogue state every day, leading to bills like this, and mentioned they already got a lot of the agenda passed n Europe. I don't agree with them on things like Ukraine, but it's good on the Rogue state.

"President Donald Trump, asked during an interview on NBC News’s “Meet the Press” whether he believes that he needs to uphold the Constitution during his presidency, responded, “I don’t know.”
Is Trump really that dumb, or is he a cruel dictator-in-waiting pleading complete ignorance of American principles? Does he really know less than an army private?

That is what he said.

Why don't Republican leaders in control of Congress try to control this maniac?

Why are Republicans totally silent?

CNN reports, "Americans are learning what it’s like to live with a president who sees no constraints on his actions and who apparently fears paying no price for them.

"In a blitz of recent policy moves, legal challenges, comments and interviews, Donald Trump is showing that he’s shedding the last limitations of custom and the public’s long understanding of how a president should behave.

"In an interview with NBC’s “Meet the Press with Kristen Welker” that aired in full Sunday, Trump said for instance, “I don’t know” when asked whether he needs to uphold the Constitution, three months after swearing an oath to do so.

"But Trump’s behavior also points to darker potential outcomes of a second presidency fueled by his belief that he has near-uncheckable power after a second electoral triumph that followed his defiance of personal legal woes and two assassination attempts.

"The administration is repeatedly defying federal courts — in one case even the Supreme Court, over the fate of an undocumented migrant whose return it ordered the administration to “facilitate.” Trump is meanwhile wielding vast executive power against institutions that he wants to silence, including law firms and universities.

"And his sense of personal omnipotence (caused by Republican compliance) sometimes seems to be leading the country toward authoritarianism. He said on NBC he wasn’t “looking at” running for a third term in 2028 — as if it’s a personal choice whether he obeys the Constitution on which US democracy depends.

A Gallup survey taken in March this year found only 46% of Americans expressed support for Israel (the lowest level in 25 years of Gallup's annual tracking) while 33% now said they sympathised with the Palestinians - the highest ever reading of that measure. Other polls have found similar results.

Surveys - with all their limitations - suggest the swing is largely among Democrats and the young, although not exclusively. Between 2022 and 2025, the Pew Research Center found that the proportion of Republicans who said they had unfavourable views of Israel rose from 27% to 37% (younger Republicans, aged under 49, drove most of that change).

Trump needs to be held accountable, but no one is stopping him (mostly), so they allow it. The dems and indies need to take back a good majority asap, and begin doing the holding accountable. This could mean impeachment and conviction, but it's a long shot. Then we could see the courts get ahold of him again and put him away for good, along with many other traitors.

You can't take him to court while he's president because it's Justice Department. policy not to indict a sitting president. That's what stopped the Mueller investigation during his first term. Mueller got guilty convictions against a bunch of Trump associates but it was pointless to continue investigating Trump because there would be no indictment.

Two impeachments last term proved that's completely pointless as the Senate won't convict. So what, exactly, is your plan?

We can't even look into their illegalities because the entire right-wing is in on the treason.
Read this new article, and tell me Pam Bondi can't be prosecuted for violations of the U.S. Constitution if she tries to carry it out.
It's a good and important read (under 10 mins).
