Conservative can't keep track of all his "shuffles"
Winston, for whatever reason you seem to have fixation with me. I suggest you stick to the thread topic or one would believe you are stalking me.
I will be very happy to deal with facts but you don't understand the term. What you don't happen to understand is that we don't have an economy growing fast enough to handle a 17 trillion dollar debt and healthcare is an expense that this country cannot afford. Healthcare is a personal responsibility that is best handled at the state and local level since that is where the expense rests. You have no problem giving the Federal bureaucrats another slush fund since they have done so well with the SS and Medicare funds.
I am waiting for you to post the numbers that you claim are wrong and to cite the sources you find credible since bea.gov, bls.gov, and the U.S. Treasury don't qualify in your world. Everything to you that goes against your ideology is propaganda even when backed by facts.
Yeah, I did as the option was Gore and Kerry. Would do it again and unlike you I don't distort the Bush record based upon one year performance.
report away:roll:
LOL....so are you seriously attempting to claim that all of those opposed to the ACA are opposed because they are against it for the reasons the teabaggers are?
I don't report people, I just ignore them like I do often with you and will continue to do.
You aren't fooling anyone Con....you would have us believe that the only reason you voted for GWB Twice was because you didn't like the alternative? LOl....you are infatuated by the man.
If being a teabagger irritates people like you then call me a teabagger. A single payer system in this country would be a disaster as the country is too large, too much geography, and too many Americans loving their freedom. There isn't a govt. program that ever cost what it was supposed to cost, do what it was supposed to do that didn't leave the country with a massive entitlement program that the country cannot afford. Yet for some reason liberal arrogance will never admit reality.
Conservative can't keep track of all his "shuffles"
Yeah, have him over to dinner all the time, we play golf a lot, and just hang out. You judge everyone else by your own standards and therein lies the problem. You have no standards, you have no ability to review a resume, you have no ability to think on your own. In other words you are an Obamabot.
Who is talking about "single payer". All I am pointing out is that you guys LOVE to cite numbers about how many people are against the ACA...but if you look at the actual numbers. A large chunk of those who do not support the ACA are people such as myself who think that the ACA doesn't go far enough. I would have preferred a public option rather than the Heritage Foundation/Republican individual mandate waterdown that we got. At least be half way honest about it.
LOL...do you HONESTLY believe that anyone here believes that you voted for GWB (Twice) simply because you didn't like the alternative? Honestly.......who do you think actually believes that when you have the man as your Avatar?.....Who are you trying to fool?
You are way too quick for me and see that I respect leadership and someone who does what they say they are going to do and has the respect of the military. That man is in my avatar to refute the belief of people like you that he didn't command the respect of our military and that means a lot to me.
You aren't fooling a soul Conservative. You bend over backwards attempting to rehabilitate his failed legacy at every opportunity. No one but a fool would believe that you only voted for him because you despised the alternative.
It isn't for me to rehabilitate his legacy that will be up to historians but when that rehabilitation occurs I really fear for your mental health. You have too much invested in hatred based upon economic and civics ignorance. You tell me why any CONSERVATIVE would vote for Gore or Kerry? I cannot believe the ignorance of people like you
Oh I'm sure there were a lot of people who didn't like GWB (especially the second time around) who voted for him nevertheless because they disliked Kerry even more. You, however, are not one of those people. It is abundantly clear that you voted for him for other reasons.
Yes, I voted for him because Kerry was the alternative and because the economic results in 2004 were headed improving dramatically, economic results that you would never understand, lower unemployment, growing labor force, strong economic growth, and more personal income due to the July 2003 tax cuts.
Huh...a 60/58/59 (!?!) split among independents on who they are "angry" at.......but they don't care who is to "blame" (!?!)....they just want things to work again!
Since you are apparently speaking for all independents, all 177% of them, is the POTUS "playing with their lives" when he wants them to have health insurance? That is, after all, what this is all about.
Good morning, Pero. :2wave:
Very well stated! People in this country, on both sides of the aisle, are angry and disgusted, and are openly asking "WTH is going on with the idiots in DC?," ...and I've personally heard them say it!
Our legislators are there to govern this country, not play games of one-up-man-ship with each other! We've got serious problems to be handled, and they're playing games? Insane! :2mad:

LOL...and look were that got us.....DOH! ....oh....whoops...I forget, you still believe that GWB led America to the land of economic utopia.
This is a great example of the dysfunction of the liberal mind. More than one post stating how sure he is that he knows why you voted that way, better than you do. Absolutely fascinating stuff! A little insight into where that big, all powerful, all controlling government mindset comes from. Of course the government knows better on how to spend your money. The reason; they just do. Obviously, no logical reason at all, just dysfunctional thinking.
That is how the liberal mind works, they usually just can't help it, it's been ingrained into their thinking. Very few have the self-honesty and courage to admit that it is all wrong. But it does happen, and I suspect it might start happening more with the more outrageous policies they are asked to follow.
No...its more about being able to know Bull **** when you see it.
You have to be able to recognise reality without bias first before you can distinguish BS. You've successfully demonstrated here you don't possess that ability. Anthony60 nailed it.
