The uber-corrupt AG Merrick Garland who obviously takes orders from Biden says the "so-called" evidence by the unknown Salon reporter is nada (nothing). I never heard of the rag or the so-called reporter, so when he says "....after what I saw" - it does not exactly fill me with confidence on 'what he saw'.

It was even a more stunning "Do Nothing" moment when the non-investigation and the biggest "I don't give a damn" by the Biden controlled DOJ occurred.

Here we had Eric Swalwell FORMERLY of the House Intelligence Committee sleeping with "Fang-Fang", a Chinese spy who apparently slept with the majority of democrats in Congress and copied all of their phones, tabs, other devices.

Biden's corrupt stooge AG Merrick Garland's DOJ may have dropped the ball on your thread topic; now it is time for the House Republicans to issue subpoenas and do a thorough and proper investigation - identical to the democrat's j6 committee hearing where only those witnesses and info helpful to the "prosecution" (the j6 committee) will be looked into. No need to muddy up the waters with exculpatory evidence, right?

They certainly did not give a damn about it in the j6 committee hearings.

There are political consequences of a failed prosecution. Plus, Gaetz would have an excellent defender. It amounts to a different standard of proof for those in political office, and yeah that sucks.

However, the 17 year old wasn't the only prostitute Gaetz used, and he clearly has poor self-control. He could get caught for some dalliance past or future.

No mention in your screed that the alleged girlfriend was under-age. That would be illegal whether or not Gaetz paid her for sex.

- the one flipper the government had was a total unbelievable POS. Could not even make the grade of a Mafia thug. There is something for him to be proud of

The lawyer for Gaetz's friend recently had a lot to say about this case. Not sure how pointing the finger at the DOJ benefits him or Greenberg so my take is that the frustration was genuine.

I also think Garland is afraid of prosecuting high level republicans.

His buddy greenberg got 11 years for exactly the same thing.

Gaetz is exactly the type of scum that the new GOP adores. Same thing with "Gym" Jordan.
