No it was not a "hoax" and it was not built on one piece of evidence.

It was an investigation and it was built on the many contacts between the Trump campaign and foreign agents.

Too late to rewrite that history - we all watched it live as it happened.

I'm sure they'll be forced to lawyer up. I'm equally sure any court will end up ordering the DOJ to pay their legal costs.
