Report: Arizona Gunman Was Not Motivated By Politics

We see a pattern all right, let's start with your first lie:
Scott Roeder

Assassination of George Tiller - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Looks like a nutter with mental problems. Hmm, trend here folks?

CONT'D

Byron Williams - motivated by Beck to go after the Tides foundation.
You really should stop reading Media Matters, makes you look... uneducated.
Jim Attkinson - went after liberal at a church after reading Hannity books
We can see why Bernie Goldberg's book was an inspiration to the Knoxville church gunman | Crooks and Liars

Heavily biased does give you half an ounce of credence, they guy openly admits he was into Goldburg, Orielly and others. He was also wrong in taking their complaints and turning it into murder.
The GOP/TP has to deal with this if they want to be taken seriously in 2012.
The only way the GOP/TP could get your favor would be to all become good little socialists.

This is how completely moronic and idiot this 'Report' from Fox 'News' is...

Wake up!!!!

The interview with the guys former best friend was conducted by ABC News...

Don't you get it? You and your side lose. Why don't you take your lumps like a man and move on to your next phony attack.

Responsibility for what? A complete nutter that was inspired by lunatic fringe stuff like the Zeitgeist movie and other demented crap all stewing in that twisted little mind of his?

Wow, Fox news is doing an excellent of making sure you only get the part of the story that compliments their preconceived narrative.

Yeah, I dont' think anyone, right or left has any responsibility for this, he alone, in his demented state, takes the blame.

Sadly, if he is found insane, he won't take the blame.

Stop playing dumb, the spin was all Fox.

No, buddy, we all lose if we don't have this conversation soon... Sadly, the GOP can't let that happen.

The left is trying to use murder for political gain. Those who defend this are as low life and despicable as the left wing politicians and media doing this

Jared Loughner’s friend says suspect ‘Did not watch TV … disliked the news’ - TVNewser

Osler says his friend wasn’t shooting at people, “he was shooting at the world.” Regarding the high-pitched talk radio and cable news political rhetoric, Osler says his friend didn’t even watch the news.

He did not watch TV. He disliked the news. He didn’t listen to political radio. He didn’t take sides. He wasn’t on the left. He wasn’t on the right.

So, wonder if those folks that were trying to blame Palin's facebook page, or Rush's "rhetoric" will man up and say "Okay okay, he was just plain nutz, I was wrong"

Something tells me not a one of them will post here.

No, that movie is Palin's fault, as well...haha

There are 3 Zeitgeist movies: The first, “Zeitgeist: The Movie” was released in 2007, the second, “Zeitgeist Addendum” was released in 2008 and the third, “Zeitgeist Moving Forward” was just released this month.

I watched the first one (and took some notes) and I’m about 25 minutes into the second one but I needed a bit of a break so I’ll try to shortly summarize the first movie.

It starts out with “Part I” which is basically a lame attempt to discredit religion and make the point that religion is simply a means of controlling people and that Christianity & Judaism are just copies of the Egyptian’s religion and that the bible is simply an “astrotheological literary hybrid”.

Part II begins as a 9/11 truther series that claims 9/11 was actually perpetrated by the US government. It defines terrorism as “Technique used by governments to manipulate public opinion in order to further agenda”. Part II also claims that the following were perpetrated by the government, as well as countless others: Oklahoma City bombing, Pan Am Flight 103, first World Trade Center bombing, Madrid subway bombings, 2005 London trains & bus bombings and even Pearl Harbor.

Part III covers several ideas but is based upon the overriding theme that we are all slaves to rich bankers who control the government (government behind the government). These bankers control the Federal Reserve and use war as a profit making business and a means of retaining their power. It’s chock full of conspiratorial nonsense that tries to prove that WWI, WWII, Vietnam, 9/11 and Iraq/Afghanistan was were all perpetrated by power hungry bankers who want the Middle East oil etc.

It also claims that the education system was taken over by the government and is failing so miserably because these bankers don’t want us or our children to be smart enough to figure out what they are up to.

It attacks the media (Fox News and Rupert Murdoch almost exclusively) as another tool these people use to control us. It also accuses these bankers, who control all of us, as having an ultimate goal of having everybody in the world implanted with an RFID chip that contains all their personal and bank info etc. so that they can further consolidate their power over us.

The last 5 minutes of the first 2 hr movie talk about a new consciousness and says [in spite of all the depressing stuff we just showed you] “However, if people ever realize the truth of their relationship to nature and the truth of their personal power to affect change, the entire manufactured zeitgeist that’s preyed upon would collapse like a house of cards…. The Revolution is now”

It’s pretty disturbing and really answers a lot of questions about his You Tube videos and the like.

The second movie, thus far, is about the monetary system and how we are all slaves to the rich etc.

Stop playing dumb, the spin was all Fox.

Maybe you missed the money quote, which I took directly from the ABC interview:

He did not watch TV. He disliked the news. He didn’t listen to political radio. He didn’t take sides. He wasn’t on the left. He wasn’t on the right."

Zach Osler,
Jared Loughner's best friend

GAME OVER!

Something tells me you didn't read the article. Neither did the OP.

Go Fox News!! Spin, spin, spin...

For you Hazl, since you like picking them so much

So you ignore the youtube videos, ignore the best friend from only two years ago, ignore the various friends who've suggested how he's acted recently and in the past....

And latch onto what....? A poster that has no proof he's ever seen or cared about? A radio personality that has no proof he's ever listened to or cared about? A movement that has no proof he's ever been an active member of or cared about?

Wow...wonderful job. You're absolutely right, why can't we just see the facts as clearly as you do.

Go Fox News!! Spin, spin, spin...

Something tells me you don't know what you're talking about and that you are one of those Westboro Baptist Church protester types who uses the tragic deaths of Americans for political gain.

Once again your assumptions are incorrect.

Lol it's funny to watch people argue that Zeitgeist is a 'lefty' movie. It argues against the Federal Reserve, Income Tax and a North American Union etc. It also screams that they're all part of a NWO. A typical far right talking point.

Have any of you ever actually watched Zeitgeist? It spends 1 third of the movie making the point that 'illegal' income tax is how we're all being controlled.

The OP is a cultural failure.

Wrong again Hazel. Check into Arizona law.

It isn't "a movie" it is a leftist/anarchist movement. Besides, if you had done your homework or even read my follow-up post, you would know that they have released 3 movies so far.

You realize that when taken as a whole, not cherry picked, Zeitgeist and the ideology it pushes is very similar to what's being discussed in the Nazi thread and actually falls right in line with the type of thing I've been saying about this guy the entire time. Namely, that to try and place a legitimate and realistic "Left" or "Right" ideology upon it...in the vein of traditional American Left/Right...is impossible and does a disservice to either through gross misrepresentation if you label it as such. It features extreme views from a variety of locations upon the political spectrum, much like he did, many of which are disowned by the vast majority of either side of the political spectrum here in America.

People suggesting Zeitgeist is some ridiculously "leftist" movie are horribly misrepresenting it, as are people that are suggesting its a "far right" movie either. The best description of it in this thread has been quasi-communist anarchist, as it at least acknowledges extreme notions from both sides in its description. Rejecting Christianity is hardly something you'd find someone claiming is "Far right" regularly. Those believing the government/bush orchestrated or allowed 9/11 to happen to allow for the War on Terror is something routinely found on the far left more so than on the far right. The issue with the fear of NAFTA bringing about a one world government, the federal reserve, and the illegality of the income tax are Far Right issues. On the flip side, the issues with RFID tracking is something that both sides extremes have issues with.

Seriously...trying to paint this as either "far left" or "far right" is misguided. Just like the man himself, as I have been arguing, is most likely identifiable by no normal american definition of "Right/left", neither is that movie. It, and he, is a mixture of extremes from both ends of the spectrum, as likely to detest Barack Obama or Sarah Palin as he was to dislike a blue dog like the congresswoman.

However, the OP's article specifically was referencing "Zeitgeist: The Movie" which is an extreme ideological movie that can not accurately or honestly be claimed as "left wing" nor "right wing". Anarchist itself doesn't even really fit it as it does not seem to be arguing for no government, but against issues with regards to our specific government.

When you say "OP" you mean "original post" right?

Original post or poster....so in the original posts article or the original poster's (your) article

GAME OVER!

What Grim doesn't get is it's not a 'game', and it's far from over... no matter what best buddy Zach Osler says.

The far-righties must think if you repeat something enough times, it becomes true.

Don't work that way, sparky.

You honestly think this is the far rights fault? :coffeepap

You honestly think this is the far rights fault? :coffeepap

Fault? -- I think this a good time to have a conversation about the direction of political discourse in our country. I think Sarah and Glenn are part of that conversation. I think integrity means owning up to those times when you overstepped or pushed too far...

You turn up the heat (hate) the soup will eventually boil over...

Why not just ask the man what motivated him? For **** sake this guessing game has gone on for far too long.

What Grim doesn't get is it's not a 'game', and it's far from over...

It's a game alright... A sick game that's being played by liberals in the media, democrats in Washington and the sheep on the internet who defend their despicable and dishonest politicizing of that tragedy.

You are correct though, It's far from over... I am extremely confident that the left will continue to lie their asses off and do what ever deplorable thing they have to, to try and regain their political power. Since they have resorted to blaming Palin, the Tea Party, Limbaugh, Beck, Levin and even Michelle Bachman for the killing spree last weekend in Tucson, it's scary to imagine what their next despicable stunt will involve.

While that may be your immediate concern, I am far more concerned with the next victims of hateful violence.
