Is there a faster way to pare down the post you intend to respond to? Back spacing takes a little too long and on an iPad I can't copy the parts of the OP to delete. Seems on some threads there is too much volume included with replying to a post.

Use the "select" option (on the first/last word that you wish to remove) and then drag the cursor down/up) to the last/first word that you wish to remove) and then select "cut" on that "blued" block of text.

One more. What's the trick to reply to multiple posters in one post?
And thanks before and after.

I don't like (or thus use) that particular option. If you want to say exactly the same thing to multiple folks then simply do so. If you want to say different things to different folks then why use a single post to do so?

Right next to the reply with quote button is a quote+ button. Hit that button for all the ones you want to quote. Then use the reply with quote button for the last one.
