UHC goes back long before the Conservatives took over the gov't but that won't stop you from your attempt to trash Conservatives. Try answering the question, is this what you want in this country?
 
I have read that:

1. After World War II, the British people thanked Winston Churchill and then told him to take a hike.

2. The socialized health care system set up by the Labor Party was free.


3. It was the brainchild of a Socialist leader whose father had died before World War II because he could not afford medical care.

5. Foreigners visiting England raved about getting 100% free medical care.

6. How sad that it has fallen into such disrepair.

Most Americans have health insurance of some kind and yet 60% of personal bankruptcies every year (and there are zillions of them) are due to a medical emergency. Take your BS Freshman economist talking points and stuff them.
