The Constitution is very specific:"The President may be impeached for "Treason, bribery, or other High Crimes and Misdemeanors." Show us the evidence you have that he did any of those things.

The voters will eventually get wise to the Democrats game. When they realize that Pelosi and her fellow conspirators have used millions of taxpayer funds for a personal vendetta, the Dems won't be able to elect a janitor.

The evidence is being gathered. It will be presented to the public in the next Phase. At that time you will have to listen to Hannity to get the new spin, specific for each piece of evidence.
Hopefully, for your sake, he will come up with something that addresses the evidence rather than the misdirection about process he is pushing these days.
 

That's a joke???Under American law, you have to present all the evidence against the accused BEFORE you can charge him with anything. If you don't, a judge will throw the case out. If your case is weak, the defense will move to dismiss it and the judge will dismiss it.
 

That is precisely what congressional committees are now doing in investigating and gathering all the evidence against Trump. Only after that happens will charges be drawn up and voted upon by the House.
 

And that will happen if the evidence supports such a move. We are not there yet. We are at the evidence gathering stage.

Surprising how uninformed so many supposedly political observers are. Part of this may be the game playing in Congress with Republican members calling foul when they know perfectly well what the rules are and that Democrats are following them.
 

Wrong. Charges are brought BEFORE the evidence is provided to the accused and/or their attorney. For your edification:

This is all a deflection. All of it. This isn't a criminal trial. The rules were created by republicans.

STOP WATCHING FOX NEWS, CONSERVATIVES. Fox is the primary problem here. State media running interference. The polling data based around the propaganda fox news is spewing about trump is completely insane and will lead to the destruction of this country.

Actually, I went to law school and was a Legal Officer in the US Navy for 4 years.An impeachment is very similar to a Grand Jury hearing.You get no indictment without evidence. Moreover, in both military and civil justice systems, you can't even arrest someone without evidence. It's a thing called "probable cause."
