Trump was always creepy, but this is probably either AI or Photoshop. The photo you found in the article is most likely the real original picture (and Trump is creepy enough in that pciture tbh).

Some people have no ethics, neither side is devoid of those. All you can do is point it out.
 
This fetish of never copy-pasting an image if it comes from Twitter is inexplicable... and it leads to people like me, who don't want to enable just any script from their creepy site, giving up and never looking at your funny picture.
