Obama's reelection was in 2012 - try to keep up.
I'll grant you that many could have made the mistake of thinking Obama might have something to offer in 2008 - but in 2012, you'd have to be brain dead to give that fool four more years.

Politicians have understood about low information (ignorant) voters for quite a while. The article above addresses the size of government equating to the rise in ignorance since there is simply so much more government programs and involvement to miss. Smart propagandists today know they need a bumper sticker sized message to reach these people normally. 2014 mid-terms may be an exception since there have been so many mistakes by the current administration, the bad news has trickled down and affected millions more directly - more than a normal mid-term.
He is from my state and I support him 100%, he would be a great President to get us back on track as a nation

I think the sweep of 2010 was a reflection on that very sentiment. The low information didn't come out to vote because they barely have a clue as to what the legislative branch does, believe is it largely unimportant. They are indoctrinated from birth to vote (D), believing the executive branch is the key holder to salvation, a variable king of sorts. Most also don't know what the electoral college is.
It's sad really, urban zones being so poorly educated on U.S. gov and history.
Yep, Civics class isn't what it use to be.
True. And Romney was no better option, if never before, that was the time to collectively call bull**** on the whole system and start over. I don't know how long Americans on both sides of the isle will continue to hold their noses and vote for the lesser of two evils. Romney wasn't a favorite amongst the GOP base.
My opinion now for a while is, that urban education is not a mistake but by design. It's sad really, urban zones being so poorly educated on U.S. gov and history.
The problem, universally, is that the best, most competent, people don't generally get into politics except for those people like Romney who've made a personal fortune, plenty to look after his family, and now wants to give back to his country. Unfortunately, that's life. It still, in my view, makes it incomprehensible that after four years of disaster Obama would have anyone supporting him for another four years. There was zero evidence in his first term that would lead anyone to believe he was getting better at it or understanding what he needed to do to improve.
Which polls are we to accept and ignore ?bought and paid for by the liberal nutjobs for the liberal sheep that believe them
So could that also be true of the bogus ACA polls ?meh, most intelligent people know these ratings and polls are manipulated but the people performing them
50-29 favorable for Beshear with 16% neutral which is pretty darn good for a Southern Dem and 5% have never heard of their KY governor.
Which polls are we to accept and ignore ?
ignore all of them if money is involved
Like the Rove polls for Romney.
So could that also be true of the bogus ACA polls ?
it could indeed, however almost every working person has been affected negatively by it so that one is pretty easy to figure out
every working person?
meh, most intelligent people know these ratings and polls are manipulated but the people performing them
Oh, bull****. Just like the polls were "skewed" in favor of Obama, right? Puh-leeze.
However, insurance companies are due to dump a half billion for ACA this year to counter the billions-dollar smear machine .almost every working person that already had insurance, ACA equaled a pay cut
Insurance goes up for pools of workers every year.
Insurance chips away at deductibles and bennies every year.
