The search for the remains of Noah's Ark, may be over!

Noah’s Ark site’s ‘fully preserved’ secrets discovered in radar scans: ‘Not what you’d expect to see’

Call it Radars of the Lost Ark.

American researchers claim to have cracked one of the Bible’s enduring mysteries — after using radar technology to map the possible remains of Noah’s Ark.

“It is exactly what you’d expect to find if this were a man-made boat, consistent with the biblical specifications of Noah’s Ark,” Andrew Jones, an independent researcher, told the Christian Broadcasting Network,
while revealing the results of his multi-year project.

The exact spot is the Durupinar site, a 538-foot-long boat-shaped mound — with the same Book of Genesis-described dimensions as the ark.

While the idea that this area houses the legendary life-raft — an object central to Christianity, Judaism and Islam — is a topic of dispute, recent scans appear to indicate that it could be the case.

Jones used ground-penetrating radar to detect what appeared to be a 13-foot tunnel traversing the center of the formation, the Daily Mail reported.

These same scans captured a trifecta of subterranean layers that were alleged dead ringers for the Bible’s description of the boat’s three decks — in other words, it was literally “ship-shape.”

The Book of Genesis 6:16 states: “Make a roof for the ark, and finish it to a cubit above, and set the door of the ark in its side. Make it with lower, second, and third decks.”

Meanwhile, new analysis of the radar data allegedly revealed “central and side corridors or hallways running through the boat.”

Given the age of the alleged vessel, Jones said he doesn’t expect to find anything “fully preserved,” claiming that the remains constitute a “chemical imprint, pieces of wood and in the ground, the shape of a hall.”

Also uncovered were angular structures situated 20 feet beneath the surface that the team surmises could be quarters beneath a deck-like surface — making this potentially more than just a geological formation as many scientists have posited.

“This is not what you’d expect to see if the site were simply a solid block of rock or the result of random mudflow debris,” said Jones, who felt it instead matched the Biblical specifications of Noah’s Ark.

Been debunked multiple times.

I googled Fasold (the one referred to in your source) - and here's what I got which is interesting:

Doubts and changing views

During the 1990s, Fasold was caught between three opposing camps, all of whom derided his interest in the site: orthodox creationists who believed the ark could only lie on Mount Ararat; Wyatt and others who continued their research and reported significant discoveries; and skeptical geologists and biblical minimalists who called the site a hoax.[2]: 95–127

After a few expeditions to the Durupınar site that included drillings and excavation in the 1990s, Fasold began to have doubts that the Durupınar formation was Noah's ark.
Following a September 1994 site visit with geologist Ian Plimer, he noted: "I believe this may be the oldest running hoax in history. I think we have found what the ancients said was the Ark, but this structure is not Noah's Ark."[12]
At other times he claimed that the site was only what the ancients believed was Ziusudra's 'ark of reeds'.[13] In 1996 Fasold coauthored a paper with geologist Lorence Collins entitled "Bogus 'Noah's Ark' from Turkey Exposed as a Common Geologic Structure" that concluded the boat-shaped formation was a curious upswelling of mud that happened to look like a boat.[14] In April 1997 during his testimony in an Australian court case Fasold repudiated his belief in the Ark, and stated that he regarded the claim as "absolute BS".[15][16][17]

Ark researchers David Allen Deal[9] and Robert Michelson,[18] and Australian friend and biographer June Dawes[2]: 184  reported that before his 1998 death Fasold again claimed the Durupınar site to be
the location of the ark. Dawes wrote:

He [Fasold] kept repeating that no matter what the experts said, there was too much going for the [Durupınar] site for it to be dismissed. He remained convinced it was the fossilized remains of Noah's Ark.[2]: 184

Science discovers ancient boat that disproves science. Read all about it.

No excavation planned for years.

“Excavations at the “boat site” haven’t started yet because we first need more geophysical surveys, core drilling, and careful planning. The location lies in an active earth flow with harsh winters, so protecting the area is our top priority. Over the next few years, our Turkish university partners will conduct non-destructive tests—like soil sampling, radar scans, and other methods—to determine if the structures we’ve detected are truly man-made or simply natural formations. Only after we gather enough evidence and have a proper preservation plan in place will we consider excavating.”

Roseville, CA. Interesting.

The only 'Ark' ever to exist is in Kentucky. ;) Ken (S)Ham would love for you to visits for the low, low price...

Been debunked multiple times.
Not to mention the ark itself would be physically incapable to support itself and its passengers/cargo on open water in continuously stormy conditions without leaking, breaking up, and sinking. Or maybe that's exactly what happened to this supposed "ark." Not as seaworthy as myth would have one believe.

Possible remains, operative word being possible.

this would tend to Upset the Atheist's apple cart and unbelievers in general. although archeologists do use the bible for ancient finds. i don't need this for my Faith because i tend to believe my Eyes and the Rationality God borned me with.

time to run to God people. are you desperate....

I’ve lost track of how many times someone has claimed to have discovered Noah’s Ark.

i've lost track of how many times someone has not come to faith because of their own Blindness

how many times they miss an oportunity

how many times their bible sits on the shelf unopened

how many times God knocks on their heart's door

how many times we could sing 'Desperate' like Jamie does and get down on our knees

how many times we have encouraged others to find Faith and were rejected

how many times people?

when will be the Last Time you have hope

the Last Time you hear the Gospel

the Last Time you sing God's Praises.

you Found yur Ark: now find your faith.

.

Operative this.:
Operative word in my statement, which you quoted:

I didn't say it's conclusive.....did I?

well i will then: it's conclusive for me cause i don't need any more 'looking for the ark'. i found it.

since April 8, i know these are the End Times and God is giving us The Evidence of many things to observe.

believe yur own eyes?

desperate yet?

Understand what's being said.

then run on Faith, don't stop till you find Heaven and Life Eternal

noah flood drown.jpg........or not.

@bongsaway

Just to be clear:

I'm not saying it's not conclusive that NOAH's ARK was real.

I'm saying.....................it's not conclusive if what they found, is THE Noah's Ark.

There was no ark because the great flood didn't happen because it would have been impossible. Life is better without myths.

i understand

the door was open, i just made it personal for me.

what they found is sufficient regardless, other people may ask for more Evidence and never be satisfied.

in the End Times, God will send plenty of Signs for those looking. if you are a Wise Man, you will seek and find.

if these guys waited for Conclusive Evidence and Ground Radar, they would never have taken the Journey.

they did, the Road less traveled is our road...

...how long have we looked? spend the time to look and find.

ask and it shall be given you, seek and ye shall find.

I agree with you.
I personally don't need for anyone to find the ark for me to believe that NOAH's flood did happen.
I don't need any evidence.
But.....it's exciting, isn't it? :)

I'm talking however, to a skeptic...........even more so, a known hostile anti-God.
An atheist............who has problems understanding what is being said. 🤷

Indeed. I'll take logic and reason over myth and superstition everytime. Science for the win!

the 3 Wise men were the Scientists of their day.

in Science, you have to be creative and have hunches.

do you Dream Big, maybe not. maybe you have given up and can no longer see Posibilities.

be Scientific and take God at his Word, science is God's tool for yur believing mind.

I agree with you.

thanks. and thanks for posting

i saw this a few days ago. the Evidence is still up there, in the past it was hard to do this politically for various reasons.

what we are living in..........is beyond Exciting.

the Jaded however seem to pass by the other side.

they are here for some reason. at times i see hope even in them.

at times i pray for them.

in time, our prayers will be answered.

One could possibly believe the Great Flood if the Ark was found on top of Mt. Everest…….

That amount of water does not exist, so the great flood is impossible. Sheesh.

Not only that, neither the geological or paleontological records support it either. Even shipwright engineering does not support it. The whole story is a fabrication based on older myths which is completely unsupported and even refuted by science.
