Sometimes I encounter some weird people lurking around in the chatroom who don't seem to be registered members of this forum.
Are guests allowed to use the chatroom?
Is there any other way to get into this particular chatroom, other than through this forum?

It's no big deal, I'm just curious.
 
I didn't realize the chat room was very used. Are people in there alot?
 
Looks like the java chat is an irc applet that connects to server irc.shadowfire.org channel #Debate_Politics, so yes there would be other ways to join the chat than through the java chat here.
