But to your question, it depends on State law as to what constitutes "underaged" when it comes to sex. For example, the "age of consent" is 16 in 31 States, 17 in 8 States, and 18 in 11 States. https://www.ageofconsent.net/states

So, it really doesn't matter what I think may or may not be okay. If it isn't against the law, then facts don't care about personal feelings or viewpoints.

Rape remains against the law in ALL states, but "statutory rape" depends on age of consent.
