Are racist ones now acceptable?
I see a Confederate flag being used as one.
 
Age discrimination, also known as ageism, involves prejudice, stereotyping, and discrimination against individuals based on their age.

Poor taste but not illegal. All that is, is that person giving people the middle finger and telling us what kind of person they are,.

The Confederate flag in itself isn't racist. The person bearing the flag as an avatar may be a racist, but a flag isn't racist. As for what is offensive, per the rule, this is for moderation to decide. It's a slippery slope that I don't believe we want to go down. What if someone thinks your avatar is offensive? What if someone thinks a picture of a puppy is offensive?

The flag most certainly is. You can't deny fact.
