The POTUS lacks federal law making power, thus any Trump ‘promises’ to change federal law are left up to congress to act on (or ignore).
 
Why have no reporters asked Trump where all those $1.90 per gallon stations are located? Or ask the “world’s foremost real estate developer” how he will get pharma to drop prices by 1500%.

And if someone criticizes him for doing something he doesn't actually have the authority to do, it's "hmmm didn't this Democrat do this other thing this other time? "

Nevermind the dishonesty of pretending the Republican congress hasn't done what he tells them to do and that therefore his hands are tied

Why would he make those promises, you ask? To con people into voting for him because he knows just how remarkably stupid his base is.

You've all been had. Trump lied, you listened and believed, Trump got elected. Trump is not keeping 90% of his promises.
