Clinton Trolls Shut Down Pro-Bernie Sanders Facebook Groups
It is possible, albeit unknown that these tactics may be connected to trolls employed by Hillary's SuperPAC Correct the Record, per their 1 million dollar paid trolling initiative launched on April 21st:
Pro-Clinton Super PAC Spending $1 Million Hiring Online Trolls
In summary, the already filthy tactics predominantly employed by one side of the Dem nomination race have gotten even filthier.
I have a feeling that Bernie's passionate followers will not take this lying down...They aren't just on Facebook, they are swarming the internet. Every political website.

All of the groups are back up and it wasn't just Bernie groups.
Facebook hasn't released a public statement but they had a bug and it closed a ton of facebook groups. Our supporters are just more vocal so the internet blew up with "Bernie groups being shut down" rather than "Facebook groups are being shut down."
Oddly, Sanders campaign disagrees with you. Here is what social media manager for the Sanders campaign Aiden King had to say about it:

Amazing what you can find out if you take the 2 minutes to actually check your facts...
Addressed in the video, so take your smarmy condescension elsewhere, thank you.
I am condescending to people who dislike facts. Sorry I rained on your parade with those facts.
You mean the ones addressed in the video? You mean the fact that a diplomatic post by Aiden King that is unverified proves exactly nothing? Step off apologist.
The OP was pretty smarmy and condescending, too.
So your best counter is that your not just unverified, but denied by the affected person claims are accurate is that the person who denied the claim, his claim is unverified? That is hilarious. Can you get back to me if you ever get some, you know, facts, instead of wild, delusional conspiracy theories?
Calling paid and underhanded trolling efforts filthy isn't smarmy or condescending, it's factual; I thought you Clinton supporters loved facts.
His claim is factually unverified and entirely without evidence; meanwhile there is evidence demonstrating that Clinton supporters have worked to take down Bernie groups. Try again.

How do you explain all the other Facebook pages going down?
Facebook down? Current status and outage history
Facebook down? Current problems and status. | Down Detector
How do you explain Bernie's people deliberately downloading Hillary's campaign voter database?
Bernie Sanders Campaign's Data Breach More Serious
Bernie supporters are starting to look like bitter little losers.

So are you telling me you have evidence that concretely demonstrates that the groups went down due to technical issues rather than the porn and other TOS violating things that were posted to them by Clinton supporters? Because if so that's definitely not what I see when I click on those links.
A far more sober and accurate assessment of the data breach: https://www.jacobinmag.com/2015/12/bernie-sanders-hillary-clinton-data-breach-president-debate/
Being that you're a Hillarite, for you this perception of us has been a constant. Moveover calling out demonstrably underhanded, filthy tactics as underhanded and filthy isn't the stuff of bitterness as much as it is accuracy.

What is the ultimate goal of this alleged pro Hillary Super PAC troll conspiracy against Bernie supporters after the New York primary where, arguably, Bernie lost all hope of winning the Democratic nomination? Did it affect the outcomes of the Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Delaware, and Maryland primaries? Extremely doubtful.
What this brouhaha has apparently done is riled up certain Bernie supporters, convincing some to join the Bernie or Bust group. How does that help Hillary?
Democrats can continue to fight the primary wars while Trump consolidates his support this spring and summer...or they can be smart.

Amazing what you can find out if you take the 2 minutes to actually check your facts...
Maybe before you go off on a smug tirade about how other people should bother to verify their facts, you should bother to read your own sources. Here's the full statement that you nicely edited out of your response:
Bros4Hillary's political director told Heavy.com that the group was not responsible overall:
“Bros4Hillary was created as a way to provide a positive and supportive community for supporters of Hillary Clinton to gather, and as a direct response to the hateful and divisive rhetoric used by other campaigns during this election cycle,” he said. “We have not and do not approve of or condone harmful or offensive rhetoric or harassing behavior targeting supporters of any other candidate in the race…”
He then addressed specifically what happened on Monday.
“Last night, a former member … decided to engage in harassing behavior toward Facebook groups of Bernie Sanders and posted about it in the B4H Facebook group,” he said. “…This was not promoted or supported by the leadership of B4H… We removed the offending posts and member as soon as possible.”
All groups were reported functional as of 25 April 2016:
As of 23:55 ET all groups pages affected appear to be back up and running. Thank you all for your concern and reporting on the situation. Let's go onwards and focus on getting more victories!
On 26 April 2016, digital and social media manager for the Sanders campaign Aiden King addressed the rumors on the campaign's official Slack channel:
All of the groups are back up and it wasn't just Bernie groups.
So did a Hillary Clinton supporter falsely report several Sanders pages that night? Yes, he did. Was that the issue for all of them? Who knows, Facebook isn't saying. The allegations right now are that several members posted pornography on the Sanders facebook pages, and then another person reported the Sanders pages, but we have no official Facebook confirmation one way or the other. We do however have visual evidence of a Clinton supporter admitting to tampering with Sanders Facebook pages. We also have the admission from Correct the Record super PAC that they are leading a 1 million dollar project to "correct" the record on Hillary Clinton (What a bizarrely Orwellian name) called "Barrier Breakers." Incidentally, it's lead by David Brock who started the impeachment effort against Bill Clinton, if that gives you any idea of what kind of a mudslinging douche bag he is.
To try to claim that this is a completely implausible conspiracy theory is hilarious. We don't know that they are behind it, but do know that:
1.) A Hillary PAC is paying people to troll (sorry, "correct") the internet.
2.) A Hillary supporter did attempt to shut down Bernie Sanders pages, which was either all or at least some of the Sanders pages that disappeared.
It's unclear how much of a role this individual had or if he was funded by the recent super PAC (suspicious timing at a minimum), but at least none of the points above are up for discussion. They're both facts.

So you refute my point, by attacking something I never claimed. Well done!
