It is that in addition to two felony charges for Shooting at the Black Guy he is also charged with a Misdemeanor Hate Crimes County Ordinance. This fellow is facing at least a Decade in Prison. I don’t think that an extra thirty days in jail for the Hate Crimes Ordinance is going to make a bit of a difference. I mean it’s the Cherry on top of the Sundae at this point.



What is interesting to me is how this 33 year old Idiot talked to the Police. Not only did he admit committing the crime, which considering it was caught on Video wasn’t that big of a deal, but he acted like it was right and normal. You know. Because the Victim was a Black Guy.

Now to be fair I haven’t seen anything about his Political ideals but I’m going to go out on a Limb and say he was not a Harris Voter.

My impression of the video of Mr. Felkel from the link is that he is genuinely confused by the idea that shooting at a Black Guy was illegal.
