Polish prosecutors probe far-right lawmaker over Auschwitz denial​

So Polish prosecutors are opening an investigation into MEP Grzegorz Braun, for claiming in a recent radio interview that Auschwitz gas chambers were fake. Braun was previously part of a road blockade that tried to prevent people from leaving after having participated in a ceremony marking the memory of the 1941 Jedwabne massacre. Braun is a member of the far right Confederation Party, a party that is hostile to investigations into Polish participation in the Holocaust while under German occupation in WW2.
 
More European far-right political stupidity on display, this MEP Grzegorz Braun will win favor with all the wrong people.
