Because I disagree with your weird perception that police brutality is justified because of what a small minority of black people do? No, sorry. You're simply wrong.
Admitting you got scared off by e-mails and messages from random people does not win you any points, sailor.
I come on here because it is fun, and I made a few friends in the meantime.
As far as dealing with you? I could get more satisfaction from kicking a 10 week old puppy if I were inclined to..
Entirely irrelevant to me, I simply stated that you were scared off by a few random people. If they're you're friends, it's irrelevant. They're all random.
Dealing with me? Good grief, you started with an absurd No True Scotsman argument that you couldn't even debate past the 2nd post. In short, this is your argument:
You can't be from the hood -- which you laughably referred to as the BLACK COMMUNITY -- if you don't agree that what a small minority of black people do justifies police brutality.
Did you even bother to read the exchange you responded to?
I don't think you would have done well in a debate against me.
I stopped comparing wee wee's back in the fourth grade. It's not about ego for me.......like it is you.
You lied again when you said that you are from the streets,
Right. The police called him out to the scene specifically so that the could shoot him. This was a thrill kill 100%. What possible excuse could there be for this?Rancher was called out by the officers and then dispatch called him. When he fired, the officers thought he fired at them.
Like I said, dark, guns, what could go wrong?
A rancher in Idaho was called out (by police dispatch) to put down his Angus bull after it was involved in a car accident. He ended up getting shot to death by two deputies while his wife stood by.
A closer look at the Yantis shooting investigation | KTVB.COM
Let's see, night time, deputies called to "man with a gun", cops arrive, man does not put down rifle: what could go wrong?
I can message you my name, address, and cell number if you would like to have a face to face on the issue.

again he had a gun pointed at something when the police pulled up.
that was pretty stupid.
they cannot read the minds of other people. it also depends on which way they were coming.
if it was on the road then the gun could have been pointed at them.
evidently shots were fired. this guy was dumb and unfortunately he paid for it like others do for being stupid.
They just decided this now? I think that incident was over a year ago!!
I don't know whether there's enough to get a criminal conviction on those cops but they were both ****ing idiots and should be banned from the state. Send them to LA or NYC or anywhere that they don't have to deal with self sufficient people. They obviously can't handle that.
Exactly. These cops, like many cops, are psychopaths who kill people for the thrill of it.Yeah wrong.
He did not have a gun pointed at something when the police "pulled up".
they were ALREADY ON THE SCENE.. and the rancher was not at the scene. The rancher WAS CALLED BY POLICE TO COME DEAL WITH HIS BULL. They ASKED him to come down and euthanize his bull. The police deputies had already been on the scene shooting it and were unable to kill it.
the rancher walked up to the bull to euthanize it after being CALLED BY POLICE.
The guy was not dumb.. he was following what he WAS CALLED TO DO BY DISPATCH.
He was in the act of killing the bull.. AS HE WAS ASKED TO DO.. when one deputy grabbed him while he had his finger on the trigger.
sorry but you are making up a story that didn;t exist. they police did not "have to guess his mind".. he was called by dispatch to come down and put his bull down. He arrived with police officers on the scene.. discussed with them and he walked up to the bull to put it down as asked.

Your the guy who claims police have to listen to whatever the dispatch says. So if the dispatch called the citizen to shoot his own bull... Shouldn't the cops have let him? The almighty dispatch claimed it so...
I hope the family sued the deputies in their individual capacity and the family wins.
When there is a police shooting the victim is more likely to be white than black. You act this is unusual but it's not.

It looks like they are suing the county for 500,000 for wrongful death. I doubt they could sue the deputies individually because there is no money there.. and not many lawyers are going to take it on contingency.
Contrary to urban stereotypes, those of us in or near large cities don't want these cowboys either! They just decided this now? I think that incident was over a year ago!!

That very well may be true but from what i understand the number of whites being killed compared to blacks being killed is statisicaly dispoporinate. That's because the majority of people committing crimes are white.

again this is what happens when you pull a gun and shoot at police.
when will people friggen learn.
you point a gun at someone anyone and you can end up getting shot. stupid.
I would like to see the testimony from all 3 of them and other witnesses if any before passing judgement on this incident but i certainly agree that police need to be held accountable when they screw up.Does that rule also apply to jumpy police officers? This is nuts ... police can't keep shooting people in murky-at-best circumstances and getting away with it.
You sue their employer and them, and that creates a conflict between the two defendants. I always recommend that if there is a good faith argument for doing it. sometimes causes the city or county to hang the cops out to dry and then they flip on the city or county
