Anyone who thinks aliens from another solar system has ever visited Earth is demonstrating their complete and utter lack of education.

However, they should not be confused with those who have seen UFOs. Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) or as they are now called Unidentified Anomalous Phenomenon (UAP) are very real, and very terrestrial. There are lots of things in our atmosphere that cannot be readily identified. That does not mean it originated in some distant solar system. All UFOs/UAPs are terrestrial in origin.
