Personal drones, the fence/wall and drugs/people?

Hopping back and forth with a drone, you could put thirty or forty people across in just minutes. Technology like this will soon make any kind of fencing out of date or as some are saying medieval.

I think the way drug cartels do it now would probably make more economic sense. They couldn't care less if their drivers are arrested. They are easily replaceable, and MUCH cheaper than such a drone would be.
