Makes no difference. We are talking about now, and those who live in the West Bank have been there for many generations, and they identify and the world sees them as Palestinians and there is no reason at all as to why they should not have their own self-governing state.

Obviously you forgot the unarmed people the Palestinians murdered. The women they raped. The children they killed. The Palestinian mothers urging their sons to Kill, Kill, Kill. The two babies they took hostage and before returning, killed them with their bare hands. This is the hill you choose to die on? WOW just lost any modicum of respect that was left for you. There has never been a Palestine state.

After WW1, the Ottomans ceded an area of land which now comprises Israel and Jorden and which was referred to as the Palestinian mandate, but it was merely a territory under British control.

There was no Israel before WW2. While there was terroritory called Palestine on a map

ehm they ruled it, they did not populate it. Ottomans are no people. That would be the Turks. There are as many turks there as French an Brits wich colonized the area after the turks.
