We're going to need a longer plank to run these clowns like AG Garland out on.

========================

Oversight GOP figures are requesting the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) provide information on the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) raid of former president Donald Trump’s resort in Mar-a-Lago.

“NARA’s singling out of President Trump’s handling of official records stands starkly in contrast to the way NARA has treated far clearer violations committed by politicians and officials who are not Republicans,” 20 Republicans, including numerous Committee ranking members, wrote in an Aug. 10 letter addressed to U.S. Acting Archivist Debra Wall, first published by Politico.

“To better understand the circumstances and NARA’s role, if any, in the FBI raid, Oversight Republicans request an immediate briefing on this matter,” the lawmakers wrote.

The lawmakers’ move marks the first of the GOP’s promised effort in investigating the FBI’s Aug. 8 raid of Trump’s Mar-a-Lago property for any underlying political motivation.

It follows shortly after the GOP in unison cast doubt over the nature of the raid—House Republicans first, and Senate ones followed—with House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) promising to “leave no stone unturned” in an investigation of the Department of Justice that he says has “reached an intolerable state of weaponized politicization.”

Yes how DARE the ex-president not be above the law as you want. Trump supporters are nothing but lawless, corrupt and morally bankrupt people.

Good luck, hope it turns out better than the benghazi hearings for you guys but I seriously doubt it. I have an idea, if Durham isn't real busy, ask him to do the investigating.

If were going to store our nuclear secrets there, they ought to concern themselves with security breeches at Mara Lago.

Oversight probe? They REQUESTED a member-level briefing just like ANY congressperson can request... Epoch Times relies on people ignorant of how congress works...

Actually it would take longer to get but they actually would get more from a FOIA request.

Durham will be free in about 2 weeks. Right, Trump fans? You've been telling us for over 2 years that the Durham Report would be out in 2 weeks.

It's coming out with the bigger better insurance and infrastructure bills trump is going to propose. Two weeks.

Rumor has it that the FBI found Trump's big beautiful healthcare plan and Mexico's check for the wall while they were rifling through Melania's undies.

I'm not much of a fish eater myself, but fresh trout cooked over an open fire can be good.

The republican infrastructure plan is still missing. Word is aliens took it.

Remember when it was Infrastructure Week every other week under Trump? Good times. And so effective! Remember that big beautiful infrastructure plan he and the GOP passed? Me neither.

Well golly gee, I wonder if they are going to be as successful as they were with their investigations into Benghazi, Hillary's emails and Hunter Biden.
It seems that you are admitting that the FBI has a history of not pursuing corruption among Democrats. Won't that get you in trouble with your peers?

It's as if you have a quota of stupid posts to make. The Republicans in Congress are not the FBI, but seriously, I understand...you just have no clue what is going on.

The republicans are butt-hurt?

I think we can figure that out without help from the Epoch Times.

Nope that is what you want and need to believe. The FBI is by no means a perfect agency but no where close to what you wish they have become,

Good, let them investigate. If someone did something wrong we should know but that doesn't exonerate Trump having classified documents illegally.

The Trump criminal takeover didn't work, remember?

You're right. In a perfect world, a person's political party should be irrelevant. The FBI is not close to that standard.

Yea, your bias bs is so old and tired. The FBI does their job and you do not agree with them now because Trump is your guy. Sad

Good luck to them trying to blow smoke over more criminal activities by Donnie.
