my point is I think Progressives should start walking the walk as well as talking about equity. show us how its done.

Well some crazy ass group in Dallas put out a crazy ass petition, so of course all Liberals automatically agree 1000% to it. It's the typical rightwing gotcha attempt that more times than not falls flat.

I never said all liberals agree 1000%. I said put your MONEY where your MOUTH is IF you believe in EQUITY.

most progressives nowadays appear to agree with that concept, so why wouldn't they want to follow that up with action?

What's with the caps? Uppercase letters are for the beginning of sentences, and for other instances that do not occur in your first sentence outside of I.

does it make you angry that such a concept might actually call upon progressives to fulfill it, as this particular group has done?

It is common for people unable to respond when challenged to scream "opinion."

They think it's a get out of jail free card, as it were.

Problem is, you can't have an opinion in the face of fact, only in the absence of fact. This simple truth does them in all the time.
