Oh, God. The President Is Watching One America News Now.
It appears the Fox News Channel has been insufficiently loyal to the current president. It might be hard to believe considering they've got a three-hour morning show devoted to boosting him, where the Fox & Friends dunces defend him from 6 a.m. onwards. Granted, from nine to noon there is a Serious News Show—America's Newsroom—which merely slants reality rather than remake it wholesale. But then we're back with Outnumbered around lunch. There are some more Serious Shows in the afternoon, broken up by the mind-bending lackey stupidity of The Five, before we arrive for the primetime hours. That's where Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity, and Laura Ingraham go back-to-back to reassure the audience of aging paranoiacs that the whole world really is out to get our president, a simple patriot and self-made businessman who's safeguarding America against the hordes of Others.
But none of this was enough, apparently. Not enough subservience, not enough uncut racism. The president is diversifying his information stream to include a television channel that makes Fox News look like PBS NewsHour. The leader of the free world, we regret to report, is watching One America News Network. In fact, he has been for some time.

You may remember OANN from their various White House stunts, which often seem to be pre-coordinated with the president. One reporter from this distinguished news service attempted to defuse concerns about calling the novel coronavirus "the China virus" by asking the president if the term "Chinese food" is racist. Apparently, this was supposed to be clever. Notice in that clip how Trump spells out the OANN name for anyone who might be interested in tuning in for more of this. Symbiosis! In some cases, the president cannot help completely telegraphing that he's instructed the OANN plant to ask him about something, because while he can do reality-show improv, the president is no good with fully scripted TV.

We used to think of Esquire magazine as being mostly about men's clothing styles, some film criticism and a bit of sports. It looks like they have joined the Lamestream Media with attacks on our President.

That is BS and you know it. Unlike Trump and OANN who purposely and repeatedly lie, the MSM admits and corrects it's mistakes when they make them. They are committed to the truth and those that doubt it are not. It really is that simple.
