I’m not a fan of Stephen Miller and I don’t care if people mock him, but I think AOC’s full remarks bring up the larger issue of the hatred and scorn that Democrats (and the Left in general) have for straight men, especially straight White Christian men. It’s helps explain why men of ALL races have been leaving the Democrat Party in droves.

Why? To imagine there are men SO insecure men in the world they get all ticked off because a woman suggests laughing at them. Then they go on and on about scorn for straight white Christian men. Hilarious.

I have no scorn for straight white Christian men, but I do scorn whiny little straight white phony Christian men.

Sorry if AOC hurt your feelings, but rest assured, ANY THREAD about AOC will soon be flooded by more insecure little men to join in on the whining about something AOC said.

Miller is a bigoted racist asshole. That's a far cry from a straight white Christian man.
 
It's still a long way from the treason and criminality of the right, but yeah, everyone should start trying to be better. Also, I don't think you are among those (fellow Americans of another party) the president of the United States is calling vermin. It looks like we all have a long way to go.

Curious about AOC’s “full remarks”, I read the article. It certainly did not detail hated and scorn for straight men. Only those with insecure masculinity who then pursue authoritarianism as a coping mechanism.

She also remarked “One of the best ways you can dismantle a movement of insecure men is by making fun of them, by having secure men who aren’t afraid of successful people around them who are also participating in that as well.” It’s a shame you didn’t see yourself described in the second half of that sentence.

She didn’t have to tell me. I already laugh at the insecurity of every fake man from the president on down to all his sycophantic followers. They mistake aggressive frat boy posturing and rhetoric for actual masculinity.
