Your responses are comical and embarrassing
All of that money that was wasted in the past could have been used to pay down existing debt at the time, instead of nearly DOUBLING the deficit within 5 years. #smhLast time I engage you. You've been reduced to telling other posters to *&^% you because you can't put 2 coherent thoughts together. How embarrassing.
Well great, 15th? And you buy what they tell you? Why? What is it about the 17 trillion dollar debt, 21 plus million unemployed/under employed/discouraged workers, 50 million on food stamps, over 1 million discouraged workers last month that you don't understand? Wonder if people in those groups believe he is 15th and why do you believe he deserves that high of a ranking especially after one term?
Please post the data to support that claim he is 15th?
Do you honestly think that I'm going to go back, google the information, which you can easily do, and then have you go off on one of your nonsensical liberal professor rants? If you do, you are even more of a nut than I thought you were. Is it possible that if these scholars rank him higher than you do, that maybe your analysis is wrong? I just finished exchanging posts with another con clown on global warming ... he, not a scientists, believed that he knew the science better than the vast majority of scientists who study this ... there's no arguing with you clowns, and in fact, I doubt that I'll post much longer ... Asimov was thoinking of you when he said the following:
“Anti-intellectualism has been a constant thread winding its way through our political and cultural life, nurtured by the false notion that democracy means that 'my ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.'”
― Isaac Asimov

No credible historian is going to judge Obama and put him 15th after one term in office and the economic numbers he has generated. Calling us "clowns" is nothing more than name calling which is all you can do. You want to get booted from the forum? Keep it up. Cite your source or retract your claim
Are con clowns any more irrelevant than prog clowns? Good afternoon bj...
my unbiased opinion is that neither is relevant, but the con clowns are much worse ... good day to you AP ...

If they're both not relevant, then saying one is worse than the other isn't logical...
It cuts deductions. Thats why I oppose it. This bill will hurt small business.
Two people can be skinny, but one can be skinnier ... you and I can be intelligent, but you could be more intelligent ... no, that's not a good example - it has to be believable ... stick with the first example ... :rock
Greetings, apdst. :2wave:
:agreed: This will hurt small businesses! I remember when credit card interest, car loans and other loans were allowed to be deducted on your personal tax filing every April. I don't recall why the IRS stopped allowing this, but it must have a bonanza for the credit card companies since they soon raised their rates. There were many articles in magazines advising people to pay their credit card charges in total every month to avoid paying the higher interest rates. This was all well and good advice, unless you had recently bought high ticket items during a home renovation! The same lack of deductions is not good news for small businesses, if they are currently using credit cards to pay their bills, IMO.
Cool. And thanks for keeping me safe. And hope you enjoy our collective thanks in form of GI benefits, on top of the pay, food, clothing and housing.
Beats flipping burgers.
When our entire middle class falls below the taxable income threshold, the poor abused Wealthy will pay 100% of the taxes. OMG!!! How will they cope????
No true. Obama pushed for a 2 year extension on Bush 43's temporary (had a sunset clause) tax cuts, and it merely was allowed to time-out, finally, and years too late, returning to Clinton tax rates.
Don't be ridiculous.
A grand bargain? For whom? The corporations? How 'bout we start by eliminating deductions and exemptions for the 66% of American corporations and 68% of foreign corporations which have no tax liability under the existing code.
Simplify the tax code for business
•End incentives to ship jobs overseas
•Lower tax rates for businesses that create jobs in the U.S.
•Lower tax rates for manufacturers
•Cut taxes for small businesses
Create good jobs
•Put construction workers on the job rebuilding our infrastructure
•Expand our network of high-tech manufacturing hubs
•Strengthen job training at community colleges
•Raise the minimum wage
