Actually, it’s true. Obama used the DOJ to investigate reporters and obtain phone records and email in regard to leaks. Then we get to the weaponization of the IRS to conservative organizations. All during Obamas tenure.

I must have missed those trials? When and where did they happen? How was that adjudicated?

Was the Texas redistricting which was supposed to happen during COVID cancelled or not implemented?
I heard a report that it was, but I haven't verified this.
Perhaps you can shed some light on whether that happened or not?

I have a long enough memory to remember all the way back to February 2024 when the Democrat legislature of the state of New York rejected the redistricting proposal of the non-partisan group that they themselves created because the proposed district map had too many potentially Republican districts.

Democrats want to reject and prohibit any gerrymandering which isn't theirs or to their advantage - i.e. cheat. Nothing new in that.
