What is your opinion of all this?
Currently working so I've only got to the second vid. But so far he gives an explanation as to what goes on in innercity black churches. Where yes pastors(specially the older ones who were around during the civil rights movement) do express some of their own frustration with white America and the way America conducts itself but this is part of a larger platform where they express their frustration with the black community and their frustration with gangs and poverty etc etc. However a lot of people heard 'God Damn America' and decided to slam Obama for it. Never you mind that all 3 candidates have associations with radical preachers and have pandered to fundi America.
 He sure is taking a far-right hand turn now after that interview isn't he?, by now attacking Wright for the very frustrations he mentioned above.
You mean disagreeing with Wright's shenanigans? Just like he said he disagreed with him before?
Only after it was exposed.....
Are you saying Obama was asked whether or not he disagreed with Wright say in 1995?
haT.... i'm kinda off topic here.. but do you look like your avatar.. cuz that dude from the Simpsons totally strikes me as a liberal scumlol sorry this was not an attack just i felt like asking...
I am saying he still attended a church that espoused the things wright has said. For 20 years.

Sounds to me like inner city black church goers are clinging to their religion out of bitterness. Its not just white people in rural Pennsylvania........![]()
Thanks for the non-sequitur? But sure. Ignore the fact that Obama was talking about small town Pennsylvania as a reflection of how a lot of people in this country feel and that he wasn't talking about any race in particular. But hey sure if it makes you feel better.
Its called a joke.
Its called a joke.
And there are Catholics who are pro-gay rights or pro-abortion who have been catholics their entire lifetimes and adhere to most of the beliefs of the mother church and don't necessarily agree with the political stances it takes. Your point?
You must have gone to the bathroom and missed that. It was about 8 minutes before the end. :roflMy point is the man took 20 years what most of you all are now coming to see in a few months. The man lacks the forsight and judgment to be president at best. At worst he harbors similar feelings ("typical white person", wifes comments, "white mans greed") as his pastor though they aint helping him get there these days so now he has to pretend that wright who has not said anything new is now an issue.
I don't buy it but obamaphiles will eat it up like they did that moyers fluff piece (the only thing missing from that was moyers trying to tongue kiss writght).....

sounds to me like even us regular internet users can be "elitist." It's not just people running for president...Sounds to me like inner city black church goers are clinging to their religion out of bitterness. Its not just white people in rural Pennsylvania........![]()
Do you agree with your pastor on every religious AND political opinion he holds? I highly doubt that.
If my "pastor" made such racist comments he would not be my pastor period.
Simple as that!
I've got an honest question.
When did wright make racist comments? I've seen the videos were he made very controversial comments, and I've seen videos were he made downright insane comments.
But I must have missed the one were he attacked every member of a certain race for something. Do you have a vid by any chance?
