Wow - this guy is full of it. I remember thinking when Russert was questioning him on this in last debate,... he's hedging, he really doesn't want to accept public funds, even though he stated to Russert that he would announce that he would accept it. Ah, but we can't call this a lie now can we, he just misspoke.
