Oh, NOW the title matters to you.... 122 posts into it, and you care about that.
From personal experience -- what a lawyer says often does not resemble the truth very much.
At least four career officials at the State Department and the Central Intelligence Agency have retained lawyers or are in the process of doing so, as they prepare to provide sensitive information about the Benghazi attacks to Congress, Fox News has learned.
The Socialists of Amerika Partei (SAPs) aka Democrats voted to send troops to war and then turned on these troops. They did everything they could to embolden the enemy... to the point the Sen. Maj. Leader ... Harry Reid (SAP-NV) said to the world... "This war is lost."
Benghazi happened a long time ago, Jay Carney
White House spokesman Jay Carney said in response to a question about the September 11, 2012 Benghazi terror attack that it "happened a long time ago."
"Let's be clear," said Carney. "Benghazi happened a long time ago. We are unaware of any agency blocking an employee who would like to appear before Congress to provide information related to Benghazi."
The question was about reports that Benghazi whistleblowers are being prevented from coming forward.
How about what four career officials at the State Department say? Does it matter?
You are being inaccurate. the 'unnamed' career officials are hinted to be in both State and CIA. Please try and keep at least a small amount of accuracy in your posts.

First it was a video.
Then a Big OOPS!
Then there was silence.
Then we learned it was a terrorist strike.
We learned Obama was... disengaged... and went to NV.
Then the clarion call by the Leftists and his journ-O-lists/propagandists... Ahhh... no time now... we're having an election.
After the election we hear from Sec. of State Clinton... What difference does it make...?
and now...
Benghazi happened a long time ago.
Quite the game Team Hussein Obama is playing.

They haven't said anything, it has been Toensing....and she has a lousy track record when it comes to truth.
If you don't know Toensing, her long history in private practice defending various neocon Bush members (Shaha Ali Riza (Wolfowitz's girlfriend), Scooter Libby in the Plame scandal), maybe you ought to review instead of asking me.Actually they did say something through their lawyers, as the OP makes clear.
Where is your justification for your claim against Toensing? Accusations like that deserve some support.

One of the "State Dept Officials" has talked to her, she is has said nothing specific other than making baseless accusations which is her stock and trade over the last 20 years.
Where am I being inaccurate? I quoted the OP!
This is what the very first line says-
Where is the inaccuracy?
YOU said four (4) State Officials, the OP is either State or CIA Officials.
That is drift, such as 350 rounds per PERSON in the army vs 350 rounds per OFFICER.
You can take the time to cite the entire line.

Yes, you did. I don't know who you are trying to convince otherwise. But that **** don't float here.
:lamoYour response was completely expected. Duplicity and hypocrisy are common traits of the left.
Good to see you fit the mold.
Dear President Obama:
In light of your comments yesterday about the Benghazi attacks, we again request your Administration immediately provide the names of the Benghazi survivors to Congress so we can conduct interviews to gain a clearer understanding of what happened before, during, and after the attack.
This information will allow Congress to meet its oversight obligations and will help ensure our government is taking the proper steps to protect American lives abroad and prevent future terrorist attacks.
Please ensure these names are provided to the appropriate committee(s) for possible interviews and correspondence. While we respect that the names of certain survivors may need to be kept confidential, we’re confident any privacy or national security concerns will be addressed by the appropriate committee(s).
Thank you for your assistance with this important matter.
Sincerely,
Lindsey O. Graham
John McCain
Kelly Ayotte
No, I did not.
An American special operator with intimate knowledge of the Sept. 11, 2012 attack that killed four Americans in Benghazi, Libya, says that U.S. forces could have intervened in the hours-long attack, but didn’t.
“There simply was not enough time for U.S. military forces to have made a difference,” retired Admiral Mike Mullen — vice chairman of the accountability review board that investigated the administration’s response — told reporters on Dec. 19, 2012.
But Fox News Channel reported Monday evening that the administration’s claim is untrue, according to an anonymous “special operator who watched the events unfold [and] has debriefed those who were a part of the response.”
“I know for a fact that C-110, the EUCOM CIF was doing a training exercise, not in the region of North Africa, but in Europe. And they had the ability to act and to respond,” the source told Fox News’ Adam Housley. ”We had the ability to load out, get on birds and fly there, at a minimum stage. C-110 had the ability to be there, in my opinion, in a matter of about four—about four hours, four to six hours from their European theater, to react.”
“They would have been there before the second attack,” realizes Housley, referring to the second strike on U.S. personnel in Benghazi that killed two former U.S. Navy SEALs — 41-year-old Tyrone Woods and 42-year-old Glen Doherty. According to a Pentagon timeline, that attack took place over 7 hours after the first strike on the U.S. consulate, where Ambassador Chris Stevens was killed.
“They would have been there before the second attack,” agreed the special operator. “They would have been there at a minimum to provide a quick reaction force that could facilitate their exfil out of the problem situation. Nobody knew how it was going to develop. And you hear a whole bunch of people and a whole bunch of advisors say, hey, we wouldn’t have sent them there because the security was [an] unknown situation.”
Thanks for proving my point...One post, first attack on the source....good job
the sources were terrible
The U.S. has identified the mastermind of the Benghazi attack, sources tell Fox News, though the individual apparently is walking free in Libya.
The confirmation from multiple sources comes more than seven months after the assault on two U.S. locations in Benghazi, Libya, where four Americans -- including Ambassador Chris Stevens -- were killed. President Obama pledged after the attack that "justice will be done."
But one source told Fox News the government is "sitting on" information.
"We basically don't want to upset anybody, and the problem is, if Ambassador Stevens' family knew that we were sitting on information about the people who killed their son, their brother, on and on, then, and we could look them as a government in the face, then we're messing up. We're messing up," the source said.
Fox News spoke exclusively with one special operator who watched the events unfold in real time and has debriefed those who were part of the response. He remains anonymous for his safety and has decided to talk because he says he and others connected with the Sept. 11, 2012, attacks in Benghazi are frustrated with the excuses and lack of a military response since Stevens and three other Americans were killed.
"We have all the capability, all the training, all the capacity, to kill and capture not only terrorists involved, with the specific events of 9/11, and Ambassador Stevens' death, but terrorists that are feeding other regions including Europe that could eventually affect our national security in the short term," the source said. "And we're not talking midterm or long-term, this is the short-term."
The source said "it's a daily frustration."
Did you choose your handle with intended irony?
Here is what I said, quoted form the OP.
Do you see the number four (4) there?
I didn't have to prove anything except that I quoted the OP. That's it.Again I will remind you, you didn't include the CIA in the post I noted...you are dodging my point. But even at that, no real proof of anything but what one Republican operative claims. Until the supposed career CIA and State people step up it is just gossip. It proves nada.

What the flying screw are you talking about? So because you completely misunderstood what I said, even when it's clear as crystal to anyone with an IQ larger than their shoe size, I'm now duplicitous and hypocritical? That cannot make sense, even to you. What is the matter with people and the inability to understand even the simplest of words and phrases?
Go back and read what I said again. I never once said it didn't matter who was responsible for murdering the four Americans, I said we shouldn't worry about who on our side dropped the ball (at this point) and instead focus on the why of how the process failed. Just go back and read it again and if you have an ounce of integrity you'll apologize.
