Today Nvidia became the first company in history to reach 4 trillion market cap. The stock price has grown 407,000% since the IPO was issued in 1999.

Nvidia stock rose on Wednesday lifting the company's market cap briefly past $4 trillion for the first time as investors scooped up shares of the tech giant that's building the bulk of the hardware for the generative artificial intelligence boom.

Crazy. A lot of dollars bet on AI. I hope it all pans out.
 
Very irritating. OK, I shouldn't be irritated because I have healthy positions in NVDA. But, I'm starting to shop for a new home in the Bay Area and this just inflates the cost even further. First world problems. :)
