Does anyone have or can anyone link us to a run-down of the Talking time for each candidate and how many questions / rebuttals each candidate had in the 10/13/15 Democratic Debate?

I am a by-the-numbers kind of thinker and, while he didn't handle it very well, I felt that Webb had a legitimate issue with the amount of time given to the 3 less popular candidates. Can anyone clear this up?
