Our history of the supreme court is basically white men. With the country being so much more diverse than white men, isn't it time the supreme court became a bit more representative of america?
We've had more than enough women on the court. And blacks have had a seat since Thurgood Marshall. Clearly what takes priority for the court would be someone who is:
a: Native American, any gender
b: Male Latinx, preferably from Mexico or Cuba
c: Male or female of Japanese ancestry.
c.1 Male or female of Chinese ancestry.
d: Male or female of Vietnamese, SE Asian Origin (not Chinese).
d.1: Filipino any gender
d2: American Samoan, any gender
e: Inuit of any gender
f: Indian (Asian) of any gender
e: Muslim, Shia
f: Muslim, Sunni
g: Transgender, with or without same gender attraction, without or without "equipment".
h: Non-Binary or Queer
I: Out of the Closet Gay or Lesbian (Kagen and Sotomayor don't count...still in closet).
j: Eastern Orthodox
k: Buddhist, preferably immigrant from Nepal
l: Disabled, preferably quadriplegic
L1: Autistic or Down's Syndrome afflicted.
m: Persian
n: Arab
o: Practicing Pagen
p: Christian sect: Amish, Shaker, "Holy Roller". or any Tent Revivalist
q: A Priest or Minister
q1: Nun
q2: Anyone whose parents were below the poverty line.
q3: Anyone who is below the poverty line.
q4: Anyone who didn't finish high school.
r: A chiropractor
s: Insurance salesman or woman
t: Used Car Dealer
u: Crabber, Shrimper or Lobster Fisherman
v: Necromancer
w: Klingon
x: Cannibal or Headhunter
y: Hari Krishna
z: Mormon
Because there are only nine seats, a combination would be best. Say, an autistic transgendered nun who identifies as a lesbian who is also an immigrant from Armenia, and a former male prostitute.
Or...we can appoint any American well qualified, rational, and who respects the Constitution.
