How strange, in 1999 the Nigerian Government offered to give 13.5% of Oil Revenues to the Delta Region.

At that time the demand was for 15% and consequently the offer of 13.5% was turned down.

Now this new Government is offering 10% of Oil revenues.

Whomsoever is in charge of the Delta region should demand a MINIMUM of 15% of Oil revenues, this may in time be of use in revitalizing the Delta area.

Of course, they are asking that people send a few thousand dollars to them in advance, not only to show trust, but also to defray the costs of secretly moving this oil money out of Nigeria, and into the recipients' waiting hands.

Damn, this one was too easy. In fact, it was so easy that it is not even funny. LOL.
