I think the title summarizes the Mueller testimony today.

It would be like the friends of a guy making all kinds of efforts to prove to him a girl committed shoplifting - offering witnesses, video, criminal record info - not realizing all the guy cares about is trying to have sex with her, and he doesn't give a crap if she shoplifted or not and isn't about to let that get in the way of sex.

Explain in detail how Russia "gave" Trump the election.

Hillary lost and instead of admitting how terrible ahe waa and how poorly she ran her campaign it's easier to blame the Russians. That's how

Geez....which hearing did YOU hear? Sorry to rain on your hyper-partisan little head, but most of what your saying came from insinuations made by the democrats grilling Mueller.

Did you really have to encourage him?
This could easily have been one of those cobweb threads.

I'm not saying the thread title is what was said in the hearing, I'm saying that the thread title is the context in which the hearing happened, and the 'R's don't care' about all of it is what happened in the hearing.

Fair 'nuff. Stand corrected.

You have a good point, use of 'gave' is too strong. Clinton's own ham-fisted campaign also contributed. However, Russia most certainly helped and that has been outlined ad-nauseum in multiple reports including the Mueller one:

1. Wikileaks and DNC mails
3. Offering stolen info to the campaign
3. Trolling and social media blitz
4. supporting the NRA as a campaign operation

It also attempted to hack but failed. This is known. It also attempted to influence the 2018 election. this is known.

For more information there's google and a wiki page with over 500 citations. Please read it. It demonstrates how Russia's efforts supported trump and how it contributed to his success. It is nobody's job to parse or explain publicly available information here.

Trump won with 70,000 votes spread across three states.

Of those three of them were states that the trump campaign told Russia to target...

- The elaborate social media/marketing campaign, much of which was for Trump, against Democrats/Hillary, as detailed in the Mueller report/indictments.

- most importantly, the DNC hack which was then released via Wikileaks, whose stolen information against the Democrats was embraced by Trump and mentioned hundreds of times, boosting the Russian's effort to interfere...
timed right at the critical moment in the campaign to counter the factual Access Hollywood tape where Trump said he sexually assaults women.

- apparently money and support to various Republican operatives, strategists, including the NRA who happilly played ball with Russia supporting the Russian right to bear arms...which doesn't ****ing exist.

You can start there Josie...of course, you've read the indictments and reports, you just wanted what...someone else to fill you in?

If you want to quibble about "gave" or helped Trump win (and possible turned the tide with the DNC hack), you can, but that would I hope be beneath you.

Well, that makes it clear that you didn't watch much of it...

Actually they are doing the same thing as when the report originally came out.

They are running around celebrating a huge loss....

Got a reference for that wild-eyed claim?

No, it's not too strong. If there were a thousand things that each changed more than enough votes in a close election, then each of those thousand gave the election to the victor. Of COURSE Hillary is partly to blame also, which has NOTHING to do with the issue of Russia changing the result. It's like saying you were robbed of $500, but you're to blame also because you lost $1,000 in Vegas recently.

Keep thinking. You're not there yet.

There's no doubt that they influenced the election. They do -- all of the time. Anything and everything can influence the US elections. Media, other politicians, foreign politicians, celebrities, etc.

You said Russia "gave" Trump the election which implies that he didn't earn it legitimately. Would you like to rephrase?

Obviously you didn’t listen to Mueller. Obviously you don’t care what Mueller said. Your a Trump hater.
Mueller could have said it was the democrats that colluded with the Russians, however it would not have mattered because in your narrow mind, Trump would still be guilty. You have to start thinking for yourself and stop drinking the Washington kool-aid.

The 70,000 has been common knowledge all along, the four states where in the report and brought up several times during today's hearing...

No, I said it exactly right.

and Trump told the Russians to do their dirty work there? Hardly. If he's that powerful, why not get them all?

He is an illegitimate president, Russia attacked an American election and the aftermath is little donny trump...

We took a major hit, but just because we lost a Battle does not mean we will lose the war.

Hopefully the Pentagon already has Russia's ext president picked out...

Yes he did just as Mueller testified today.

What did you sleep through it???

Darn it. I was hoping for one of those Rocky and Bullwinkle Fractured Fairy Tale things.
