It's the first poll to come out of Utah in over a month and what does it show??? It shows Trump with a meager 11% of the vote while Cruz is on top at 53%! Looks like Romney's support has really helped out Cruz in Utah. However, Cruz does tend to do better in Caucuses. Do you think Ted Cruz will win Utah and how much do you think the messy Arizona Trump rallies will affect his standing in the polls

Yeah right, like we didn't see that coming. lol

Trump will destroy the competition in Arizona and be destroyed in Utah. The religious west/midwest isn't good for Trump but those states don't have a lot of delegates anyway.

It's no secret that Mormons tend to be overwhelmingly Republican, and that there are quite a lot of them in Utah.

So, what does the church have to say about the Trump campaign?

This is from LDS.net:

I think most of us can agree with the above (generally, that is. Some won't agree that 2 + 2 =4, but that's another issue).

Trump’s campaign has made two statements in relation to Latter-day Saints.
1) Mormons have an “alien” faith (snip)

2) “Investigate Mormon Churches and Shut them Down”

Trump's statements, and those of his minions, aren't gaining him a large following in Utah.

It's kind of like saying that the voters of another state are "stupid" for not supporting him better.

So, add Mormons to the groups that he has alienated, and ask yourself if he has a snowball's chance of winning the general election in November.
