you are wasting your time because nobody buys your "proof". just because she mistook pepperoni for pepperoncini is not a reason to discount her.Prove it. I've proven my point, you have yet to prove a single thing.
:rofl
I think you've just shown why I'm wasting my time here.....
Peperoncini are a variety of the species Capsicum annuum, like bell peppers and chili peppers. They are also known as Tuscan peppers, sweet Italian peppers and golden Greek peppers.
Bwa ha ha ha ha
You are dismissed...
i used to do that all time......whenever whole chickens were on sale, i always bought the limit (usually 3) and cut them up myself. we didn't have too much money back then......
good for you! i'm willing to pay a little more for free time these days.I have lots of money these days. I still do it. Though i buy fresh kill hens from a local farm.

I've posted nutritional info from the Mayo clinic and from several nutritional web sites. If you don't believe them, that's your problem.

one ounce of grilled chicken (skinless) = about 20 calories.
thanks....the mayo clinic recipes lists 186 calories. FAILI didn't join anything and I obviously looked at them.
Here's one I didn't see before:
Grilled chicken salad with buttermilk dressing - MayoClinic.com
and the original one I posted:
Caesar salad with grilled chicken - MayoClinic.com
this discussion has been going on so long that I can't even remember what I've posted. But I do know that our company Christmas part is this weekend, I leave in 30 minutes, and won't be back to this thread again.
One ounce?? Typical serving is 4 oz.

How does a textile industry crush a plantation industry?
And this would have led to civil war?
Not much per calorie.
This is absolutely, totally FALSE. Where do you come up with this wild stuff.
Anyone can give money directly to any candidate for federal office, no matter what party they are in, or if they are with no party. Go look at the contribution reports at Federal Election Commission Home Page and see for yourself.
You have some serious, serious problems with basic facts dude.
You didn't say they discussed it - big deal, anyone can discuss something. You said they "called for" freeing slaves. Bull. They did no such thing.
Then why were our founding fathers members of political parties?

That's not really the point. I never said you couldn't feed three kids in an economical way. In fact, I argued exactly the opposite. You CAN feed three kids a healthy, balanced, nutritional meal in an economical way (without throwing in random teaspoons of peanut butter!).
HOWEVER, Gill is FOS with his bag of greens and a chicken breast feeding three kids a healthy, nutritional, balanced meal for three bucks.
Disneydude at least admitted you could feed three kids a healthy meal for less than ten bucks.
Not ole Gill. He's sticking to his one dollar's worth of chicken, two dollars worth of salad greens, and twenty-five cents - combined - worth of olives, salad dressing, and peppers. Three dollars, twenty-five cents total.
Absolute horsehockey. Any reasonable person would concede an error, or misstatement.
Ok this thread went from full retard, to interesting...
Challenge...
Give me a budget, number to feed, and Let me see if I can cook it, serve it, and impress you all...
So lets say a meal for 4, that is what 650 calories? (2000/3), for what price...
Hell, lets make this fun, lets do a group cook, we all take the budget, and we all agree to cook one night and see what we all can come up with. pics and descript the next day....
