Why is there no references to hatred of Muslims or Christians in the Torah? Because they weren't around at the time it was written .

Interesting that matters involving West Bank Palestinians are handled by the Israeli military, whereas matters involving West Bank "settlers" are handled by the local police.

Perhaps some "settlers" now see Christians as having no more rights than Palestinians.

Palestinians in the WB if they commit crimes against settlers are indeed placed under Israeli military courts the settlers are dealt with by the Israeli civilian court system. It's just another aspect of the apartheid system in place there.
