I think it's appropriate to post a picture of the President of the United States. What's not appropriate is childish posts with pictures of parrots. That could be considered a violation of rule 3: Baiting/Flaming/Trolling.

I did actually, and provided facts as to why it wasn't. All you've brought to the table is "neener neener my guy won in a landslide" and no facts to back your claim. All of these responses and no data from you. Such low effort to defend your statement.

Oh, and you may want to rephrase your "Viva la Trump baby" because I'm not sure why you're referring him in the feminine form of languages that differentiate nouns this way. "Viva el Trump baby!!" would be correct, unless you're referring to Melania. Typically though, you'd just say "Viva Trump baby!!".
