I am on the side of Truth, I dont have anything good to say about those who push lies, even to get to UTOPIA.
SORRY
To be on the other side of truth would imply your in favor of lies. Therefore you can't speak well about yourself??? Don't be sorry, if you lie all the time your not telling the truth on this so you are actually in favor of the truth.
No offense, but at best the BBC is center, at best every other one you list leans left. I can read between the lines just fine and I actually enjoy listening to the left because it's that much easier to spot the BS IMO, so if that's your goal, we agree, if it's not your goal, well we don't agree on where to get my media fromIf you want to be well rounded, if you want to give yourself the best chance of spotting the BS, read first (in no particular order):
The Week
Politico
Deutsche Wella
Der Spiegel
BBC
Either WP/NYT's/WSJ (actually it is best if you pick one of these each day, change it up).
As above, if your liberal, or democrat, name a media outlet that you can honestly call "trustworthy".
Republican's and conservatives, please do the same.
If your an independent or libertarian, are there any trust worthy media outlets at all? If so name them.
It's okay to be white

The BBC was independent, though tending to be the voice of the establishment, rather than the government in power. More recently it's been cowed by the Tories. In the last few years, most of it's political reporters are Conservatives, the last political editor left to be Theresa May's spokesperson. They've been outspokenly anti-Corbyn too.
I find Channel 4 News the most even-handed of the UK TV broadcasters. The Independent newspaper tends R of centre, but don't actively propagandise like some.
I'm just trying to establish that, if the left feel they cannot trust the right and vise versa, we will never find a common ground. In political diagrams I am always almost at center and somewhat libertarian.
If you compare info from a number of news sources, you can usually get close to the probable reality of a matter. On a stand alone basis there are platforms like The Economist, Bloomberg or bbc that are pretty reliable outside of small areas of bias. But is important to have an understanding of the fundamental way of thinking and expression to be able to pick up on the ideological shift.

That's also why I sit where I do, they are both untrustworthy.

This is not church, you are not supposed to trust, you are supposed to know.
I call it throwing the other side a bone to appear neutral.IMO, the more credible media outlets from both sides of the aisle make a point of at least occasionally publishing a POV from the opposite side. In those instances (an article totally inconsistent with the publication's usual bias), I sometimes, out of curiosity, take time to research the reporter/author of the article.

And that is precisely why I didn't like the media outlets you mentioned.

And yet I do, so you have missed something.
