What is the actual debate you would like to have? SO far, what I have seen is DOGE uncovered waste, followed by "UN uh...Musk is a big poopy head and we hate him! And he's a Nazi!" Oh...and..."So? Someone else discovered it too...so there!"

Obama went once in a rant about 400 billion in fraud and abuse of Medicare.

You know what it was ? It was 400 billion that was billed in the previous year under the old regulations ., that cms didn’t get to until the following year so they were processed under the new regulations and thus deemed fraud and abuse.

Tried couldn’t find one from all the other links of Obama claiming that republicans stole from Medicare . Republicans claiming Obama stole from medicare etc. I’ll look more but it was a quote from like 2010.
