I'm sure Trump has been briefed and things must be good for Trump. As evidence, I submit one simple thing:

Trump is not tweeting like a man possessed.

He doesn't want to rub it in...yet.

Is that really good? If it was, you'd think you'd see the Twitter fire up double time saying "See! Witch hunt found nothing, all a hoax, no collusion!".

He wasted no time commenting on Manafort's lawyer coming out with "no collusion".

Instead silence as he is surrounded by his lawyers at Mar-a-Lago.

^^ Someone who sees past the end of his nose.

Trump's quietude doesn't militate for thinking the report casts him in favorable lights. That man has reviled the investigation and our jurisprudence for as long as he's had a platform for doing so. He called the investigation a hoax some, what, 170 or more times. If the report bode well for Trump, he'd be tweeting "see, I told you so" "twenty times an hour."

No, no, no. Trump's quiescence suggests he and his cronies are busy conjuring ways to spin the thing, stipulating to Barr what will and won't be revealed from it, and figuring out about what parts he'll, in response to Congress' subpoenas, attempt to claim executive privilege.

I am sure his advisors have counseled him to wait until it is made public before he does much gloating so that the Democrats will not be distracted from making even bigger fools of themselves trying to come up with a new line of attack after they were so damned certain Mueller would be the silver bullet to take out President Trump once and for all.

Trump hasn't been on twitter since it was submitted, and Don Jr. has already done the "I Told You so" dance. I find it hard to believe that Jr wouldn't know what his father knows. Trump just hasn't been on twitter yet.

President Trump has been vindicated and Democratic politicians and talking heads have been proven for the lying false gossip mongers that they are.

Yeah..so tell me, when was the last time Trump actually did what his lawyers/advisers told him to?

Plus, he is at Mar-a-Lago and he has been historically quite prolific with the tweets on a Saturday morning when he is there.

This is 100% out of character for him.

Democrats cried to get an special investigation into Trump, they got it, they were thrilled with the man running it and the lawyers and investigators on his team. Now the it appears Mueller may not find anything on Trump the democrats have gone even crazier. It is clear to anyone who can be objective that it's about politics and not about crimes committed. They want Trump gone, Mueller if he is the man they say, didn't find anything but they will not be satisfied. Why? Not because they are looking for truth, they are looking for something to use to get rid of him. But hey, Hillary was OK to do what she did and have a crooked investigation in her behalf.

How does the bolded make any sense?

Yeah...so tell me, when can we expect the DP Left RUSSIANISTAS' "MEA CULPA"?

Same with SCHIFF for BRAINS, etal.

Trump is meeting with his lawyers awaiting the boot like the rest of us. Mueller did as he had to do and followed his mandate to the T which means investigate the Russia stuff and farm out everything else. He is also aware of DOJ guidelines about indicting a President as well as the current political climate...he probably also wants to get away from this mess. Likely the tweet storm will begin again pretty soon.

Good. When can we expect the APOLOLGY from ADAM SCHIFF for his BLANANT LIES about the POTUS?

NOW many Democrats a sobbing because Trump isn't tweeting! :lamo

Never...accusing others of lying where Trump is concerned is akin to the old joke.

Somebody must have taken his twitterbox from him.:lamo

How would somebody know who has never characterized his character in any way other than made up and maliciously?

That would make sense if it applied here.

My guess is that this situation is similar to Clinton's. Trump and company probably did something negligent but no one would indite/charge based on the evidence. However, I think there is a strong case for obstruction of justice which is why Trump is no longer being allowed to tweet about the issue.

Perceptive comment. As one who loathes Trump, I suspect things may indeed be “good” from his point of view. Much is being said about Trump not being indicted as possibly a reflection of JD policy regarding the President and not a reflection on Trump’s conduct, But no one in the family is being indicted. This is worrisome,
