As usual, legal expert Johnathan Turley hits it out of the ballpark! The opinion piece is lengthy, but so worth the read....Note, nothing in the indictment suggests Stone took part in Russia collusion but that's not what some prominent Democrats such as Ted Lieu, the leftist media, and their lemmings will have you believe. Therein lies the real circus show.

"Mueller hunt for Russia collusion turns into circus show with Stone"

Apt comparison; Roger Stone is “roadkill!”

There IS a purpose for the circus show: Gathering public support for the eventual House impeachment circus show that's coming down the road.

Which begs the question, Mycroft.
If Mueller's circus show can't produce any evidence of Trump collusion with the Russians how will the House Democrats?

They don't care about actual evidence. They are counting on being able to impeach Trump based on perception.

You are right about one thing, public perception is a large part of the impeachment process. But actual evidence is Mueller's bread and butter and it is that evidence that will sway the public. Mueller is being coy no doubt but it is for a reason.

If Mueller can't produce evidence of collusion, I don't think the Democrats will. Having said that, I don't think there is any indication yet of what exactly Mueller has found. We know he's found SOMETHING, and that it is bad enough to get indictments and cooperation from witnesses. The very fact that indictments are still coming and the investigation is ongoing makes it far less likely that Mueller has nothing on Trump, though it is technically possible. That crimes connected to Donald Trump are part of Mueller's findings is all but assured at this point.

Lol. See my siggy.

What's so funny?
You should really read Turley's opinion. He's a legal expert just in case you did not know it.
His opinion piece lists some of the key players, also mentioned in your sigline from your sigline, who also have been indicted for nothing more than process crimes.

If Mueller found collusion with the Russians, we'd know it by now and there would be NO way Trump would still be in office.
Mueller and the rest of the circus clowns continue to charge some with process crimes, or in Manafort's and Cohen's case, tax crimes, but all he's been trying to do is to squeeze those he's charged.
All he needs is one good ripe lemon. Where's the juice?
Like I said above, if the ringmaster had anything like collusion with the Russians, we'd know by now.

And the circus show is Roger Stone desperately trying to make another round of his meaningless blathering relevant. "oh boy, I have been indicted.... AIRTIME!!" He is the Fred Flintstone of modern politics: "Yabba, dabba, do".

Unlikely. Mueller can't eject Trump from office even if he knew for a fact he colluded, nor can he charge someone with a crime before it is fully investigated. And as tight-lipped as Mueller has been with this investigation, you can't conclude that Trump would be gone by now. As we saw with Hillary, investigations take years and this one has far higher stakes and already has related indictments. Mueller is smart to keep a lid on it until all the facts are in. The fact that he isn't yet done with the investigation means that Trump technically COULD still be innocent, but is not evidence of that.

That's putting it mildly.

TWENTY=SEVEN HEAVILY ARMED FBI AGENTS in a predawn raid, needed to take an OLD MAN who would have willingly turned himself in.

This is PURELY POLITCAL BULL****, and MUELLER IS A DISGRACE.

Clapper = LIED TO CONGRESS. NOT PROSECUTED.

Brennan = LIED TO CONGRESS. NOT PROSECUTED.

Comey = LIED TO CONGRESS. ORDERED EVIDENCE DESTROYED. NOT PROSECUTED.

McCabe = LIED TO CONGRESS. NOT PROSECUTED.

Strzok = LIED TO CONGRESS. NOT PROSECUTED.

Cheryl Mills = LIED TO CONGRESS ,AND THE FBI. NOT PROSECUTED.

Huma Abedine = LIED TO CONGRESS, AND THE FBI. NOT PROSECUTED.

Hillary Clinton = LIED TO CONGRESS. MISHANDLED CLASSIFIED DATA. ORDERED EVIDENCE DESTROYED. NOT PROSECUTED.

The Deep State isn't even TRYING TO HIDE THE GLOWING DOUBLE STANDARD,ANYMORE....

"TIGHT LIPPED"?????

Seriously?

How did CNN just happen to be there for the ridiculous "predawn raid"?

How did Mouthenatti get his hands on Cohen's records, recently seized by the Witch Hunt?

Etc., etc.

I never eluded to the fact that Mueller would toss Trump out of office, but make no mistake about it, if Mueller had found Trump collusion with the Russians, he'd have been impeached and tossed out of office by now. That's my point above.

Mueller has nothing and will continue to charge Trump's cohorts with process type crimes to squeeze them attempting to get a collusion with the Russians charge. If it hasn't happened yet, realistically it will never happen. Of course the Russians interfered with our elections. They always have just like we interfere in the elections of other countries.

Mueller is stupid to have taken his taunts.

Because the stakes are higher, Mueller should state whether or not if Trump is under criminal investigation, and if so, for what.

His days of unfettered disregard for due process will be ending shortly, I believe, once The New Sheriff takes over at the DOJ.

Somebody didn't actually read the memo.

On what do you base this? What is the deadline for this type of an investigation? And why would you set a limit on any investigation? It should end when all of the facts are known.

Impeached and tossed out by who? The Republican cowards Congress? You're kidding, right?

He did. Trump isn't.
