Hey, it's a big tent now. They wanna pardon cross dressing crooks too.

"The former congressman admitted last year to defrauding prospective political supporters, stealing campaign contributors’ personal information, engaging in unemployment insurance fraud, submitting false Federal Election Commission reports and making false statements to the House of Representatives."

Apparently there is no bottom.

I doubt there is anything here that Trump hasn't done or attempted to do in the past. I would full expect him to cut Santos a break.

One of the things that needs to be changed when Trump is gone & Congress critters reinstall their spines & grow back their balls: Prez pardon power limiting.

No pardons for:
- Elected officials convicted of any crime
- People convicted of spying of any kind or treason
- People convicted of threatening/committing violence against elected officials, appointed officials like Cabinet/agency heads on any level (local, state, Fed) or judges
- Cop killers
- Members of a President's family

I'd take it one step further. No pardons for any violent crime unless it can be proven that the guilty verdict was in error. In which case, if our court and legal system is working as designed, a pardon shouldn't be needed.

Also what about no pardons for people in jail for sexual exploitation of children. I think anyone would be for a no pedo pardons rule. Well, except Ghislaine Maxwell.

Agree with this approach.
