The losses just keep piling up.

The "conditions" on grants loss:

The Trump administration may not, for now, impose new conditions furthering the president’s agenda on certain mass transit and homelessness services grants, a federal judge ruled Wednesday.

Senior U.S. District Judge Barbara Rothstein, an appointee of former President Carter, temporarily blocked the administration from placing the constraints on hundreds of millions of dollars worth of grants for the local governments that challenged them, from the Seattle area to New York City.

Agency closings loss:
A federal judge is blocking President Donald Trump from shuttering three federal agencies that assist public resources, minority businesses and mediation services.

Nearly two dozen Democratic-led states sued to stop Trump from closing the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS), the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) and the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS). U.S. District Judge John McConnell, an appointee of former President Barack Obama, sided with the states on Tuesday, affirming their arguments that the closings violated the separation of powers.

Better to overreach than not reach at all 🤷‍♀️

Hitler approves of this message.....and before anyone gets their panties in a bunch, no, i am not calling you Hitler. I am merely pointing out that the world would have been better had he not overreached.

Just a pitiful comment!

This is all the left has, obstruction.
Show us proof that a judge doing his/her duty is obstruction. If after 240 cases being brought against Trump in his first 110 days, you still think all the judge's rulings against him are wrong, perhaps you need to do some deep retrospection on Trump's policies.

The funny part of this whole argument is, at least for my part, is I agree the government spending has gotten out of control. I just vehemently disagree with the way Trump/Musk are going about it. First off, it's not working to any significant degree. Second, it's cruel and unusual punishment to millions of people worldwide.

If Trump was so confident in all of his cuts and changes, why isn't he putting this stuff in front of congress and having them make the necessary cuts as the law requires?

Just a pitiful comment!

And expressing support for intentional overreach of the government isn't?

Don't worry....I'm sure we will see you in here at some point complaining about government overreach when its something you DON'T agree with, hence my lack of shock by your comment.

The sad thing is that they KNOW their obstruction is temporary, at best.
Seems there's a mistaken belief by some that this temporary obstruction strategy being employed is somehow going to elevate their polling results.
Problem is that there is no sign of that happening.

The reality is more likely the case that this temporary obstruction strategy being employed is little more than performative politics to vacuously virtue signal to each other, so they can feel better about themselves, being validated by their own tribe.

Magas are traitors to the United States.
Supporting a tyrannical buffoon who's trying to rule by decree (E.O.), bypassing Congress and our Judiciary.
True Patriots will never stop obstructing a president who's not even sure if he needs to abide by an oath he took just a few months ago.
Yall are backing the wrong elephant.
